At the time of purchase, I specifically asked about the return policy and was told that returning books would be "no problem" as long as they remained unopened in their original plastic wrapping. When I later returned to exchange or return three of the books 10 days later, I was told that I could not do so because I did not have my receipt. This requirement was never mentioned when I asked about returns. As a longtime member, my purchase is documented through my membership account, so it is disappointing that this record could not be used to verify the transaction. I find this level of customer service unacceptable. If a receipt is required for returns, customers should be clearly informed of that at the time of purchase, especially when they specifically ask about the return policy.

Today he recommended this Wonder Woman comic to me with beautiful art and I've been loving it so far. The first time I visited Mighty Moose, I was looking for Shadow Service published by Vault Comics. I was travelling shortly, but Ilan found all the issues for me and held them until two months later when I returned. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to get me the comics I wanted. When I went in today, Ilan was working on a video of some super vintage comics for social media and it was really cool to see them up close. Yes their cards can sometimes be overpriced (I collect Pokemon cards), but sometimes there are great deals! Ilan sold me his entire stock of leftover Halloween Pokemon cards early last year for super cheap and I gave them out to my nieces and nephews who adored them!

The interior is small but packed with stock, and a few very impressive display cases containing some great scale models. There were several other customers in the store and the owner/operator had a good report with all of them. He took time to talk with me and answer my questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his tips and advice. Hike the store is small it has a very good selection of model lines and models. It even had a few premium boxes which I was excited to see. Beyond the models there was also a very good selection of hobby tools paints and supplies. I will absolutely be coming back here and can't recommend it highly enough.
