I love bringing my dog here! They are so personable regardless of who is working the counter when I…read morego. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I usually buy the locally made frozen dog food. I didn't take a photo of it but you can tell through the packaging it's all natural ingredients. Just a quick heat up in the microwave, then use it as a topper. My dog loves it and it's nice to give him a variety. They have natural ice cream that has probiotics and even my cat likes it. The dog food brands they have are carefully picked out - natural and truly grain free - so may be on the pricier side but at least you know they are quality products. They gave us some samples to see if my dog will eat it (he gets very excited over this new food). They also keep up with recalls. The customer service is great and this is what you get from independent, local shops. Support local!!

I think her name is Jessie, until recently this guy name Tyler took over the store or he claims and he took over ordering , and suddenly the service turned upside down to half a star really . His understanding of customer service is that he needs to absolutely challenge the customer at every turn , he makes it personal , when in my opinion customer service should never be personal it's just a business transaction that needs to be completed professionally. refused to give out his manager phone number , he refused to give out the business owner info to report a complaint , and refused to let me speak with the previous manager who still works there and his reasoning is that he's not comfortable with any of it . Will I hate to let you know that you are in the wrong business, if you are so uncomfortable of dealing and resolving customer issues, you really should not be working in a retail environment at all and if you're so stubborn to know that customer service is not about you or how you feel it's about listening and understanding your customer's concerns and then try to resolve the issue in a civilized way that's what makes a business a well run business , take your ego out of the equation, and it won't be that difficult to do . You have not done any of the above therefore, you should be fired , because you are not doing the business owner any favors and most certainly not your customers. And my family, family including the furry members (Benny, Bella, Oliver). The three of them have me wrapped around their little paws. There is nothing I would not do for them. And so yes, I spoil them. The best food, treats, toys, bed, etc. They get it all. Even keep cold water in their bowl during the summer months. So when it comes to a place to shop I can't just hope for the best. And the team, they have to love my furry ones almost as much as I do. I don't care if you ignore me or never ask my name. But you best be getting down on their level and telling them how amazing they are and asking if they want a treat (of course the answer is always yes). And here, it happens every time. It doesn't matter if it's a slow day and I'm the only customer or there's an adoption event and the place is packed; my crew gets acknowledged. Over the years I have come for extra stuff like ear wipes and CBD treats (side note: those things work!). Of course the wall of toys is always a stop. And if I have questions or need further explanation on something, they are there to help. Oh yeah, they also delivery! Like to your front door so you don't even have to get off the sofa delivery. I have been contemplating taking up keeping saltwater fish or possibly having a full blown reef tank after about an eight year absence from the hobby. I was led to believe by the name and the website that this was a store that stocked saltwater fish. When I mentioned my interest to the woman that had greeted me she told me that they didn't actually stock saltwater fish and other reef animals but that they could order anything I might need or want. I'm sure this works great for some customers and no offense to them but I can order anything I need myself on the internet. They did have a small selection of saltwater supplies and a nice reef tank display. I probably will stop in sometimes for supplies and I can get past the confusion in the name of the store but I think the website is misleading at best.
