I have a 4 day work conference in October and needed to do a dry run with my 11 month old pittie. After ***passing*** his 30 minute temperament test (a requirement before they will board your baby), I left him for that weekend while I was home, our first time apart. I was neurotic, he was having a blast. The team sent me videos of him playing the next morning and my heart was warm again. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Most importantly, I trust these people. You can't put a price on that. All the staff there are exceptional and care about every one of their pups. Their facility is well laid out, organized and clean. The play yard is also conducive to safety and playtime for my pup. I'll be doing a day care package so he gets socialized. They do it all. Super place and I'm glad I found it.

They require a temperament test (which is good!), and my dog passed with flying colors. I told the owner that my puppy needed to have drops put in his left eye twice a day due to lack of tear production, he said that was no problem. The drops were not applied properly and my dog develop an ulcer on his eye. The owner claimed that he "only missed the first two days of applications but that he had done his best to make sure the drops were applied" and "had I known applying the drops was critical I would've made sure that I got them to him." Aside from providing application instructions, the prescription bottle also stated the required administration. I had to drive my puppy directly to animal emergency and his eye had to be removed today! He was absolutely negligent in the care of my puppy, didn't attempt to contact me to let me know there was an issue with his eye or attempt to seek veterinary care. My children are devastated that our puppy had to have his eye removed and I was left with over $700 in vet fees due to his negligence. I strongly advise against leaving your animals with this facility.

They were super patient and sweet with my dog. It was quick and easy. I took my 19 week old puppy to All About Cats and Dogs grooming on William Few. I explained to the…read morein-take lady Lillian my puppy had never been to the groomer, this was his first time. He is afraid of the blowers (dryers) and doesn't like air in his face. I asked for clean toes, shorten the hair on his legs and not to cut his Chrysanthemum face, but to trim his eyebrows. Melissa called me on the same day to tell me she didn't have time to cut his coat, that I could reschedule my appointment to bring him back in. She never mentioned anything had happened at the shop, she had plenty of opportunity to tell me as we talked about his coat not needing to get trimmed. That I had requested a bath, shaping up. While there he sustained head trauma to the point of the blood vessels in his eyes pooping and bleeding. After two hours at the vet's office, eye tests and personality tests, they said he will be okay; without long term damage to his eyes. The Vet gave us eye drops to reduce the redness and pain medicine for the swelling. He is traumatized to his people, and anyone that is not his people. The Vet said she had never seen Sclera (subconjunctival hemorrhage) so bad and that the only way to get it was through head trauma. My vet said choking on a grooming leash, or being in a death type grip that "choked" could cause Sclera. She also said "blunt force trauma" to the head would be the other way this could happen. When I did talk to Melissa an employee here on Thursday 11/17, she said my puppy had a "stressful time getting his nails clipped". The manager is supposed to be Bonnie, who spoke to my mom and was supposed to call back and share how this could have happened. To this day the company refuses to call me back to tell me how this could have happened. All About Cats and Dogs has numerous cameras all around their building, inside and out. When I asked for the footage from 11/15 my puppy's bath/clipping appointment and my standards footage they said the cameras do not work. Other people on social media have said they stopped going to All About Cats and Dogs because of similar issues. One of the Groomers there was ousted from Paradise Pets for cruelty to animals.

He was off his meds for four days that he was with them, and I find this unacceptable after we specifically gave instructions for them at drop off. We will not be taking our pup back as this is a life or death situation for him. Also, the holiday weekend seemed overbooked and the facility was extremely odorous for a place that is usually kept cleaner.

HMMMMMMM....Because of that, the price seems to change with every stay and I never seem to get a straight answer on how much it will be, much less an itemized receipt. The prices for their services aren't published on their website either, so I guess that gives them more room for this "make it up as we go along/airline ticket/apartment hunting" pricing model - and I have more on that later. Plus I've watched Breaking Bad and Ozark, but I digress.... Second... On more than one occasion, someone who works here seemed a little inebriated or loopy when I called to inquire how much my dogs stay was. Plus, it's inconvenient to have to call EVERY single time I need to pick him up. A few times, the guy couldn't even get my dog's name straight. And I've never seen wherever my dog sleeps when he's here, but given what I have seen at this facility, I'm pretty sure it's nothing more than a crate. This last time, my fiancé dropped my dog off at 5:30pm. We picked him up at 2:30 pm THE NEXT DAY. The gentleman told us $80 for less than 24 hours of boarding WITH NO EXTRA SERVICES INCLUDED when we called to ask the cost - and this was after he kept mentioning daycare services. We asked the gentleman again about the cost and why it was so expensive for boarding - NOT daycare, his response was "Well we had to walk him". Are you effing kidding me? $80 for 21 hours of pet boarding? For one dog? The grounds are nice, but damn I'm paying human hotel prices for a dog at this point. Nah. I'm good. Time to find another pet facility or maybe I'll just find pet friendly hotels and take him with me. Good luck cleaning that cash.

We got there and Bear was afraid of man then Toby won't come into building. That where they are abuse dogs!! We are not bring them back there again. You need keep eyes on your dogs' attitude fear or afraid of them then you should take them out of building to somewhere else. They did not shave butt. My two dogs came home and so happy to be safe with us. We have to find somewhere else. Pretty please do not send your dogs there!!!
