It really ticks my off when I get to the register and they ask me for my phone number. That's because the owners of petco want their customer's to think that they're going to save money. And actually you will. When you spend 50 dollars, you can save 0.50 cents. You spend 100 dollars and you can save a whopping one dollar. But wait, there's a catch! You have to spend that 50 dollars ten times before you get your 5 dollars off. You can go to walmart across the street and buy ten cans of the same pet food and you save one dollar instantly. Now you tell me how much you love petco?

They charged me $108.00 and took 30% off coupon off of her bath a discount of $18.90. Which brought my total to $90.63. I thought the 30% off coupon was for the total bill otherwise I would've never booked the appointment. It was not worth it. The groomer said it would be 2-3 hours which is normal. I never received a call or text after 3 hours so I went to Petco. There was only one groomer that was grooming another dog. She didn't notice me until about 15 minutes later. She looked at the computer and said my dogs groomer was at lunch but my dog was ready. She went to get my dog and started drying her. Then my dogs groomer came back and she said I was going to call you and tell you it was going to be another 30-60 minutes. So I went across the street to Aldi's to waste some time. Her groomer called and said she was ready to be picked up. Upon putting my dog in my car I noticed she was still wet. I got home and looked at her paws the groomer grinned down her nails very close to the quicks. The groomer didn't shave her paw pads either. That is supposed to be included in a grooming. I'm very dissatisfied with the grooming service my dog received. I wouldn't recommend Petco in Statesboro, GA. And I will never take my dog there again. The customer service I received and the so called grooming service my dog received is outrageous. I give Petco grooming service and their customer service 1 STAR!

Managers excuse was there wasnt enough staff and the only vet was in surgery. They would have made us wait. But they did refer us to a different place. 45 minutes away. How do you call yourself an emergency vet but turn away animals (family members) who are critically injured. My cats life mattered too.
