Now they are telling me that my money was refunded, however no proof of that on my end, even my credit card company can't find the "refunded" money. I called the store asking for proof of refund and the guy says its an automated service so that can't be provided but he would re-send the email I received after purchasing. SO needless to say there is no proof of a refund and I am probably out over $1000. Save yourself the headache and order from someone else.

I walked into a small crowded space, which was dominated by a group of children doing crafts. I assume it was a birthday party. As I entered, the adults on the premises looked at me like I had two heads. Feeling like I had done something wrong, I said "I'm sorry, is the store open?" You would think that this is where someone in charge would realize they should have locked the door and put a sign up about the private party, and then apologize to the unwitting would be customer. Nope! One of the adults rolled her eyes at me and said "I suppose it's not." I think this may have been the parent hosting the party, but it's possible it was someone linked to the store. Then a person who I can only guess was an employee of the store said "no, take an envelope!" There were several unmarked envelopes on the door. Perhaps they contain the secret instructions required to infiltrate this establishment, something like bringing a quail's egg under the light of the waxing moon or saying a secret password. Because, I can attest that walking in the door during the store's hours of operation doesn't get you very far. I can't speak to the goods there, because I doubt I'll rouse enough nerve to try to enter here again.

After being two months late with my dress - she not only didn't apologize but accused me of being a vandal! The proprietor is a complete crook and is mean! mean! mean! I had to find a tailor who could fix it (I ended up going to my local drycleaner on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, the day before my wedding, begging them to redo the wonky zipper and to fix the top which didn't do up properly). It was so stressful since I was getting married in less than 24 hours! We had no other problems with any other vendors - even my parents, who know how business can be done in India sometimes, were shocked at her attitude. I felt comfortable and assisted in the right way when needed. I found a dress I was in love with, however it was in a rough condition. The sales lady tried her best to alter and steam the issue and even assisted with better pricing to offset the minor issue. I walked away and went for a coffee and browsed a few other stores, when I realized the way these dresses fit my body at this store is nothing like the other big boxed stores for straight and narrow body types.
