Kate was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had to return later in the day to make an exchange where I met Linda who processed the return and purchase of a new item. Linda had excellent customer service skills, and even helped with better pricing on my purchase. She was engaging, positive and professional. Kate took back the product that did not work for us and directed me to a more appropriate product to suit my needs. Thank you, Kate and Linda for your professionalism and excellent customer service today. Respectfully Mark

I'm so surprised at how good the deals are at Michaels pre-Christmas! The Christmas trees were all…read moreon sale and they were pretty too. We had just come from The Bay where the prices of trees were exorbitant. They had affordable options at different price ranges and options with pre-lit trees, flocked trees, and different sizes, although they didn't have any really large ones on display at the time. They had really cute lighting options as well that were all buy one get one free. They were smaller string lights of about 6-10 feet and featured different types of features on the actual bulbs like snowmen, reindeer, and Santa faceplates. They had really neat testers set up in store so you could press a button on a sample string of lights to see what they would look like. The batteries weren't included with these however. There were a ton of other decorations available that were ready to display or ones to customize.

I hope god blesses you with the strength to not repeat that behaviour again. We came on the Sunday before we left, and the store didn't open until 11:00am, but there were already door crashers waiting to go inside. I had been to a Len's Mill store previously when I had lived in London, and it was alright, nothing too special. It's more of a big warehouse looking store and sells a bit of everything. While my mom was looking through the fabrics, I ended up walking around, they had a bunch of clothing items, craft supplies, bedding, kitchen and bathroom decor. They had a lot of snacks at the cash register too. I ended up getting some pretzel snacks and some candy. Overall, this store is a unique store with many different items. Although this store isn't the cleanest, or most organized, but you can certainly find some treasures. Unfortunately, we don't have a location in Windsor, maybe one day.

Hallmark was the…read moreperfect place for that and we almost overlooked it, as it was the last store on the right as we were walking towards The Bay to go downstairs. The Hallmark ornaments from the official store are always the best quality. I saw that Walmart had Hallmark ornaments but these were smaller and didn't have all the extras on some of them like lights or sounds. They had classic Christmas ornaments featuring snowmen, marshmallows, etc, but they also had a ton of licensed stuff from Friends, Elf, and of course, Disney including Star Wars and Marvel. Some of the ornaments were limited edition as they were celebrating Disney's 100th anniversary or were special to 2023. The employees were good about greeting people and asking if we needed help. There was a lot in the store and some of it was fragile or out of reach so it was much needed. There was a lot to see around the store. Decorations, lots of Disney statues, and they had all the classic Hallmark stuff - the angels and stuff. It is a small store and the line got kind of wonky because there wasn't much space to stand. The employees were good about noticing who was next in line so there weren't any line jumpers. It was also really hectic in there but they were very pleasant and even sporting Santa hats! Will definitely make it a point to check Hallmark during the holidays in the future.
