I had just purchased one a few days prior, but they said it was defective, and they would return it for me and replace it. It's possible right? I told them I needed a diagnostic and that the battery was new. They never ran the diagnostic, but instead charged me over $200.00 for getting another battery and putting it in. I could have, (and previously did), done that myself. Meanwhile, my car continued to have starting problems because they did not take the time to find out what the real problem was. Which is why I took my car there in the first place. Find another mechanic.

Dave at Carspa mobile detailing is an amazing and rare man of hard work and character. His family…read moreworks with him and they are clear professionals with a higher moral standard than most, not just about the work he does, but regarding his honesty and truthfulness. More on that in a minute. I hired him for a very difficult job of making brand new a very unusual and challenging vehicle, a sportsmobile, which is a Ford Econoline van converted into a small 4x4 RV. This vehicle has a lot of little compartments and all sorts of books and crannies, and it had never been cleaned inside. Dave and his family worked on the vehicle for half a day when I was away at work, and was in touch with me numerous times about different aspects of the job, and did an amazing job, see pictures attached. What REALLY surprised me and made me sure to ONLY go to him for all my detail needs in the future, besides the high quality of his work, was something that happened during the detail. Now I was having this done on my fathers vehicle, and I thought I had cleaned it out prior, emptied all the drawers and took all the personal belongings out, but what I had missed and hadn't seen something my father had stashed and forgotten about, and I had no idea it was there, was an envelope full of cash! He texted me after I asked him how everything everything was going, and he said he had found a stash of cash! Yes, he found an unknown to us envelope full of money, and immediately let me know! Now I know everyone should report these things and not keep them, but I believe it's rare to actually have someone do the right thing in that situation and give the cash back to who it belongs to, us! He could have kept the cash and we would have never known about it, but he didn't, he told us and returned it, and I think that is amazing. People like that are very rare these days and he deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated for it. And I want everyone considering a vehicle detail that reads this review to know, because it makes a huge difference. Way to go Dave, thanks for being a stand up man of Character that people can trust. We need more people and businesses that that! You have all my detail business in the future!

After that, I took it to another dent repair place and was told the damage could no longer be repaired with paintless dent repair and that I would need to take it to a body shop. I was then quoted around $4,000 for the body work. I decided to bring it back to Ian at Dent Solutions in Napa. Although he definitely wasn't thrilled that I had tried to have it fixed myself , he was still willing to take on the challenge -- and I am SO glad he did. The work he did was honestly unbelievable. I couldn't believe how good my car looked when he was finished, especially after being told elsewhere that it couldn't be fixed this way. On top of the amazing work, Ian was kind, professional, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. If I ever need dent repair again, I will never take my car anywhere else. I learned my lesson -- go to Ian the first time! I seriously cannot recommend Dent Solutions enough. Five stars without a doubt!
