Building code and OSHA require that there are a certian amount of restrooms for staff... if you happen to manage a gas station of a main highway with no city area for at least a 30min drive... you might wanna have that restroom open to the public to avoid accidents on your floor... poor kid...

I was driving around Sonoma, and decided to get some gas and use the restroom. So I hook my pump, and the food mart doors are locked. Some locals told me this is normal, and they don't know why it's shutdown in the daytime. Okay, I would expect this at 10pm, but not at 4pm on a Tuesday. It was near 88*F, and I think they could of been selling alot of cold drinks. After a few minutes, we all decided it's not worth waiting. If you have to take a break, you put a sign in the window and tell customers. Chevron is top tier gas, and it's not cheap. Customers should expect far better service than this. You need to hire more staff and be open for business. At this Chevron, the gas pumps work.....but don't expect anything else.

I had just purchased one a few days prior, but they said it was defective, and they would return it for me and replace it. It's possible right? I told them I needed a diagnostic and that the battery was new. They never ran the diagnostic, but instead charged me over $200.00 for getting another battery and putting it in. I could have, (and previously did), done that myself. Meanwhile, my car continued to have starting problems because they did not take the time to find out what the real problem was. Dave at Carspa mobile detailing is an amazing and rare man of hard work and character. More on that in a minute. I hired him for a very difficult job of making brand new a very unusual and challenging vehicle, a sportsmobile, which is a Ford Econoline van converted into a small 4x4 RV. This vehicle has a lot of little compartments and all sorts of books and crannies, and it had never been cleaned inside. Dave and his family worked on the vehicle for half a day when I was away at work, and was in touch with me numerous times about different aspects of the job, and did an amazing job, see pictures attached. What REALLY surprised me and made me sure to ONLY go to him for all my detail needs in the future, besides the high quality of his work, was something that happened during the detail. Now I was having this done on my fathers vehicle, and I thought I had cleaned it out prior, emptied all the drawers and took all the personal belongings out, but what I had missed and hadn't seen something my father had stashed and forgotten about, and I had no idea it was there, was an envelope full of cash! He texted me after I asked him how everything everything was going, and he said he had found a stash of cash! Yes, he found an unknown to us envelope full of money, and immediately let me know! Now I know everyone should report these things and not keep them, but I believe it's rare to actually have someone do the right thing in that situation and give the cash back to who it belongs to, us! He could have kept the cash and we would have never known about it, but he didn't, he told us and returned it, and I think that is amazing. People like that are very rare these days and he deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated for it. And I want everyone considering a vehicle detail that reads this review to know, because it makes a huge difference.
