On a cold rainy morning, I stumbled into this cute and cozy place for breakfast. Service was very friendly and helpful, especially trying to translate the different quiche and tarte flavors for the day.
The girl helped me choose a tomato tarte, which ended up being delicious! The egg was fluffy, seasoned well with herbs, and slightly cheesy. The best part was the crust: perfectly flakey and crisp, even on the bottom! It came with a very fresh side salad dressed with a nice mustardy vinegrette.
Also ordered a nice croissant, it was flakey and had a nice buttery flavor.
Service is slow for American standards, but I've found this to be the case in general here. Gotta slow down and just enjoy. :) read more
