They are located in the Waverly area. There is plenty of parking in the shared parking lot. The staff were friendly I was offered a beverage upon entering. They have an assortment of nail colors and formats to accommodate your needs, from gel to dip or general polish. I came in with no appointment it too an average length of time price was same compared to other nail salons in the area. It was relativity empty on a Sunday. I have mixed feelings about my experience here. -Amazing pedicure. Top five ever -horrific manicure I started with the citrus pedicure which was delightful. It was about an hour long, the massage and joy paraffin dip were exactly what my feet needed. The polish was perfect. I was surprised when the same technician didn't do my gel manicure which was not a good experience. No conversation. Continually tried to up sell me to a more expensive service. Her hands had a slight tremor which led to an uneven polish job. I had to ask her to remove all the excess polish around my cuticles. On day two, it's peeling. read more

To the lady who did my nails, who evidently had a stick up her butt, I really hope she treats other client's with more respect. I've never experienced such rude and impolite service in my life. My nails look HORRIFIC. Super thick, chunky, and my cuticles went through so much trauma and injuries. I asked for a clear top coat and she painted them matte (??), then had to go back over with a clear coat, resulting in a patchy hot mess. Did I mention her version of a "french tip" is quite messy? Honestly thought this place would be my go to nail salon after being referred highly by my neighbor. My first visit I was super excited and impressed as my nails were awesome and they actually lasted 2 weeks. My 2nd visit I added a pedicure, it was pricey and took forever so I expected my feet to be awesome however they were okay. I've been getting pedicures bi-weekly for over 20 years (since high school) so I'm a pretty amazing judge of a good pedicure. This visit I was greeted with the same amazing energy however my feet were dry afterwards (not scrub well) and my nails chipped in a matter of days. I even gave them a 3rd try and on this visit the service again was good (meaning done with a smile) but didn't last. I really do not enjoy spending money for services wait for anything that doesn't last. I want to get my money worth and what I paid for for the time it should last or close to that. I haven't returned because I can't keep spending so much for mediocre. read more

I tried this nail salon on a whim. I came in to get coffin shaped black matte acrylics. They delivered!! I had Kevin as my nail tech and he was super quick, friendly, and gave me great nails. The music they play is great for me. It's not zen music but listening to it makes it easier to pass the time. The TV is on mute and has subtitles so it's nice to have something to look at. I I asked for a callus treatment and I received one but when she went to scrub my feet she told me I couldn't get all of it taken off. also in the state of North Carolina we all know the famous cheese grader well I do nails myself and that tool is illegal in the state of NC. I like to get my nails done here because the staff is friendly, they do a great job with manicures and pedicures, take the time to make your nails perfect, and offer beverages. They have a lot of pedi chairs, so they can accommodate parties. Making s reservation is smart because it can fill up in there fast. They can do powder, gel, and regular manis, which is nice to have the variety. They also have a ton of colors -- and up to date with the new seasonal colors that come out. I only trust these guys to get my cuticles looking pretty! She rushed the whole time, didn't even trim my natural nails, didn't work on cuticles at all, made everything uneven, thick and unnatural. Completely messed up and nails procedures so the nails weren't drying. It was my birthday and I wanted to look pretty, I left the salon almost in tears. Horrible, horrible service. Stay away people. I have been getting eyelash extensions for 2 1/2 years. I recently relocated and needed to find a new lash tech. I am so thankful I found Kevin! He does a fantastic job. The first time I saw him he explained to me that my lashes were damaged because my previous tech was using extensions that were too heavy. I had no idea that was happening. Kevin is very knowledgeable and I know I'm in excellent hands with him. He takes his time and my lashes look absolutely beautiful every time. I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. Jen was my manicurist and she was amazing. Unfortunately she is no longer there so now I am forced to try others in the salon. The last time I went the girl started to file the side of my nails down and ended up really hurting me. It has now been two weeks and the same nail still hurts. So, this is one of those places that will send coupons to your address to come experience the service but treat you like second class citizens since you came with a coupon in your hand. Because, I haven't yet found the one place I can call the best nail salon, I went here to give it a try and with a coupon in my hand. For the first few minutes, the lady assigned to do my pedicure just kept staring the coupon and my face (not sure what she was trying to comprehend, she was actually embarrassing me). She then called someone else to understand what the coupon said and the two chatted in their own language of course and gave weird stares. If ya'll are wondering the coupon said was I get a free mani with my pedi. The lady made sure to do a lousy job at the manicure since it was free.
