Tonight was my last night dealing with this store. I came in and ordered a chicken yakimeshi and patiently waited in my booth for the order. Once I got my meal, it was bagged up in a to-go bag when I never requested a to-go order. After receiving two small cups of pink sauce and being halfway through my meal, I politely asked the woman if I could use the pink sauce bottle that's for sit-down orders. She immediately started yelling at me, "WHY DID YOU MAKE A TO-GO ORDER JUST TO SIT DOWN AND EAT IT AT MY BOOTH? IF YOU WANTED TO USE THE BOTTLE, YOU SHOULD'VE ASKED, AND I WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN YOU THE SAUCE CUPS?" I corrected her immediately, stating I never once asked for a to-go order and that was her mistake. I also told her that at the end of the day, it shouldn't matter where I eat my meal or how I order it, and I don't appreciate the nasty attitude I receive every time I come in here. She continues ranting while slamming 2 more sauce cups towards me and I snatched em and left the store before I finished my meal. The sauce is free at every OEC I've been to, and I'm not against paying for it if it wasn't, but she acted like I committed a crime based off her mistake, and I don't understand how me eating at the booth made her upset. Piss-poor service every time, without fail. If you want OEC, use a different location; every other one I've been to locally will serve you kindly without a problem.
