Tried to pick up an Uber customer's order ( " jessica l." ..that's a LOWER case L btw per her when I called here yesterday via the Uber driver app ) from this mcd's. .they said " can't find her order" Called customer. got her on speaker phone..100% confirmed I did see her order in the Uber app/system and she said it was still active on her end. And Had the supervisor looking neutral ( not bad..but not pleasant either) attitude black woman double check...again.she said she can't find an order for Jessica L for Uber in her system. I told Jessica I'm contacting Uber support and I need to hang up but will continue contact with her via messaging on the app. she politely agreed. Called Uber support..they confirmed this order IS still showing active on their end also. ( Christy = Uber support rep ). She put me on hold while trying to call the restaurant, said she could not reach anyone. I said that outloud while I had Christy on speaker phone, and either that same supervisor at Mcd's or her younger employee said that they don't have a work phone there. I googled this location's phone number. got 601-939-3314, tried calling it..it goes to a different sound dead/busy signal for a few seconds then autohangs up - makes me wonder if this is the same phone # Christy/uber support tried calling but I forgot to ask her this yesterday when I spend 22 minutes, my fuel cost and miles dealing with trying to pick up this order 12-8-25 between 3 pm and 3:45 pm This was the 1st or 2nd time ( unsure which ) I had encountered this exact problem at any restaurant delivering for Uber for 2.5 years straight..and the 1st time at this restaurant and location. Always got orders from here before ( shrugs). I'm not sure who or what system is to blame for this problem..IF..the customer " Jessica l." is not a fraudulent customer. I say that because while holding for Christy/Uber support's attempted to call Mcd's....Jessica l. sent me msg saying " they had already made my order". Who is they? another location? because it wasn't Brandon Ms Mcdonald's per them. So there are two pieces of confusion here to figure out Either Uber's system is goofing in a new way..OR this was a fraudulent customer trolling me..wasting my time ( which I'm curious about considering i woke up this morning with a " report" against me for not delivering someone's food but per Uber it will never say who made such a report...- and I've NEVER kept a customer's food. I"m diabetic..and don't eat McDonald's anyways anymore, haven't in years ... I have an excellent track record with uber with almost 1200 deliveries in my time..... or Mcdonald's system was messing up in connection with the Uber app OR Mcdonald's cancelled the order out of their system - if they are able to do so.....I'm not sure - Either way .it was a crappy ...time wasting situation in which I had to waste MORE of my time ( when you add up the 22 minutes I wasted yesterday on this...plus the 43 minutes I had to spend on the phone with 3 different Uber support reps to be compensated for close enough to the same amount the order would have paid out But bottom line also..just about EVERY single time ( almost...around 1/3rd the time is a good enough wait time/experience ) they don't understand " FIND..A NEW/NEXT..MENTAL...GEAR...come on..hussle some...get to moving" aka it's like they or most of them in the back of the house in that restaurant..purposely drag their feet. Bring back the early 90's and 80's when we had a more variety of types of people working in McD's who cared about quality, customer service with a smile and an eager faster moving attitude ( big hint McD's ..please take notes from Chik - Fil - A ;) It's not rocket science ) read more

Had to wait 30 minutes for my order and even then I didn't get it, no one is at the register taking orders, most of the workers are just playing around taking they're time, someone returned their sandwich because the egg was raw, and everyone looked like they didn't know what was going on. I just waited over an hour for my curbside order. As other customers who arrived after I did got their orders and left, I went to the counter to check on mine. There's no one at the counter, people are standing at the register too. I finally get someone's attention, give them my order number and show them my phone. Success, it looks like they are looking for it. I continue to wait. A Door Dasher who left to deliver and order comes back. I ask her if she had delivered that order and returned for another one. She recognizes me "OMG are you still here??" And proceeds to inform every other Dasher that comes on for the next 15-20 minutes about me. I approach the counter again and get the same employees attention. Tell her I believe my order has been lost. "Oh you needed to give me the space number on curbside, not the order number." Oh, ok, this is my fault. I see. Sure. But I didn't say this. I just read my order off of the phone for her. I stay posted up on the counter so I'm not forgotten. Some of the other Dashers start asking me questions, interested in what's going on. I just want my food so I can take it home to my family. A bag of food is thrust my way. Then my wife's unsweet tea. Another few minutes, I see some frappes stuffed into a Door Dash bag. "Ma'am, I'm still need my caramel frappe and I'll get out of your hair." Kill them with kindness, right? A few minutes later she hands me my drink and turns away. Not even an apology or acknowledgment of this entire... experience. Ok, so I've worked food service. For almost a decade of my life. I try to be patient. I never raised my voice or even got snarky. I can relate to being in the weeds and overwhelmed. But this was ridiculous. This particular branch seems to constantly be mismanaged. So if you're in this neck of the woods and you're hungry and want to take it on the arches... drive to Pearson Rd or Dogwood. Ok so I decided to try them again after a bad experience and my husband had to go off on them bc of a flat burned up patty. Now I ordered a double quarter pounder w cheese and it's completely uncooked. Not pink but RED!!! The coke was completely flat, zero carbonation. We pulled up at 10:20 pm, Mind you they don't not close until 11. They had us sitting out there for 30 mins, it's like they wanted to wait till closing time, that was so messed up. We then walked into the lobby and they started yelling repeatedly saying "the lobby is closed" we said what about the drive thru and they continued to say "the lobby is closed" we said yalls drive thru don't close until 11, you had us waiting out there wasting our time for 30 mins. They could have atleast said on the speakers outside they aren't taking orders anymore. Seems to me like they are being lazy and done want to finish their job. You get a job and your supposed to work your FULL hours, if your gonna be lazy and ignore and yell at your customers then you need to leave and find a place who will close to your likings. I would probably give zero stars if possible. The staff have ZERO manners, they're extremely slow, and even the food was not up to standard (burgers squashed and fries burned). They did technically get the order correct, though, so I guess that's something... The worst part is that the guy taking payments AND the girl handing the food out both seemed angry at me as the customer. The payment guy just stuck his hand out for my money with no greeting or verbal contact. I had to ask him for my total to make sure he charged me for the right order (they have two lanes that combine into one), and even then, he just said, "it'll be on the receipt." I had to explain that I wanted to make sure I was paying for the correct order since it was busy, and he actually rolled his eyes at me. Then I pulled up to get my food, and the girl at the window would not speak to me either. She just started aggressively pushing the food out at me. When I thanked her, she, too, rolled her eyes at me (maybe they're siblings). I got the feeling they don't like customers with a certain skin color, but hopefully I'm wrong... One of the slowest McDonalds ever. Then the food is cold and lines for days. These people need to step across the street to the Chick-Fil-A to see how to serve customers. They have long lines but the wait is never over 5 mins. Then meanwhile back the Mickey D's we have 15 people waiting for 15 mins for a crappy burger. The coke machines have been messed up and so have the ice machines. One machine makes ice the other does not. It has been this way a long time. (based on my last visit months ago). Then in the machine that makes ice the Dr, Pepper does not work and then broken one the has a working Dr. Pepper. And on broken machines, why is it 99% of the McDonald's claim their chocolate shake machine is broken? I can order a shake and 9 times out of 10 I will get the story the machine is broken. I think it is people trying to get out of cleaning a machine or something of this nature. The place looks clean but everything is greasy. This is the first review I've made for any place and it might seem petty but I have a problem with y'all almost every-time unless I'm just ordering a chicken biscuit where there's no way you can mess it up. Again it's not hard to make a 10 nugget, just count out the nuggets! You guys need to get your act together because I'm surprised how you haven't been shut down. I don't like to throw that around but I've found a hair in my food from y'all plenty of times and you serve me food that is either cold or has a hair in it or straight short me on my food. The lobby is closed. It closed at 2. I suppose they are either short staffed, lazy, or both. Food can be hit or miss as far as freshness as well as correctness. They left the door open and a man as well as me walked in thinking they were open. The door does say come on in on it. They told us the inside has been closed since 2. Poor guy in front of me told them that he didn't have a car. They refused to serve him so He took his money to Chick-fil-A. Food was dry and they didn't give me any condiments nor ask if I wanted any. Arguably my own fault for not asking but my mind was on other things and then asking would have certainly mads my meal actually enjoyable. I thought I'd be able to wash it down with the sprite that I ordered but I dont even think you could call what they gave me, Sprite. It tasted like someone got a Sprite and extracted every drop of ingredients that sweeten it and then poured it down their sink.
