My glass and my partners coke glass was completely dry. Also, they do not have any complimentary ketchup or mayonnaise. They only offer the ones they make and charge for it. It's not very good ketchup! In fact, it does not taste like any ketchup I have had before, more like a pasta sauce. The burgers are OK but nothing special. Be warned that some are open faced meaning they do not have a top bun on them, only a bottom bun. The waitress was very friendly in her tone...but a friendly tone of voice does not make bad service better. I will not be returning to Halifax. The terrible service and the fact that they charge for water when a customer is paying 400kr makes me want to spend my money somewhere else.
