While waiting, they managed to serve two of the tables next to us the wrong dishes. When ordering, we asked questions about the wine on the menu. "Is this rosé sweet?". "I don't know, I've never tasted it" said the waitress, knowing absolutely nothing about the wines in the menu. That's definitely not okay on a restaurant like this one. The food (when we finally got it) was fine. Not spectacular in any way, but okay. When we finally left, the waitress had to ask us to tell her all the things we had during the night, because they hadn't written it down properly. I loved the setting at Tribeca NV, and really think a space like this has potential. But so-and-so-food and the most terrible service I've experienced at a restaurant in Copenhagen just destroy all the potential. I will definitely not visit again.

She and her partner were both there during my visit and checked in to make sure all of the customers were enjoying what they ordered. I appreciated the interaction and that they cared whether I liked the cake. The cheesecake is served plain with a side of your choice of fruit sauce. I had the cherry cinnamon and it was incredible. I liked that the sauce was served on the side as it allowed you to choose the amount (though it's so good you will finish it one way or another. Apparently some people have been observed drinking what is left). The rest of the menu is fairly basic: salads, sandwiches and burritos. Considering the prices in Copenhagen, theirs were reasonable for a full sized meal (based on the other reviewer's photos). Though there is a formal street side entrance for the Boston Grill Mayfair, it is actually the restaurant for the Hotel Mayfair and shares a common patio with the hotel. If you enter from the street, they greet you at the entrance and escort you back past the bar to their main dinning area. It was still a bit early by European standards, so the dinning areas were sparse with customers. OK by us though as the service was prompt and attentive. As planned, I ordered the rib-eye, but not as planned, they offered a larger cut which was 'suitable for sharing' which is exactly what we did. They split the sides in the kitchen on two separate plates and let us carve out our own portions of the main course. It was cooked just to our order, tender and juicy. One of the best rib-eye's I've had in awhile. I would definitely recommend it!

It's one of those things where I was glad I stopped by, but didn't really experience anything with the food or ambiance that would make me recommend this as a out-of-the way stop that the ranking would seem to suggest. This one is the original, using the station building as a walk-up window with the kitchen inside. They have a few picnic tables on the side for outdoor dining, and I do think that it's important to eat the burger as soon as possible. The interesting thing is that it is still a working gas station, with an island with multiple pumps dispensing petrol (which I didn't see being used during my wait) and some electric charging stations (which was actively being used). I was able to place my order (nothing customized, just wanted exactly as they described after about a 10 minute wait, got my lemonade right away, and waited another 10 minutes to get my food (everything is made-to-order). The cheeseburger was 110 DKK, fries was 40, lemonade was 35, and dipping sauce was 10 with 10 off for being a combo. So total was 185 DKK (about $28.88 in USD). The process and food reminded me very much of a Shake Shack, with the young workers working together to produce well-made smashburgers using great ingredients. The color scheme reminds me of a Wingstop, though. I squeezed between a couple of single diners and dug in. The burger was good, with that loose smash burger quality. It came with a mayo based thousand island like sauce (their gasoline sauce), and had tomato, pickles, red onion slices, and a gooey, plentiful cheese. The lemonade was good, and the hint of elderflower made it memorable. The crinkle fries were good, well done fried which I appreciate. Ate the meal fast before my hands started to freeze up, tossed the remains in the gas station islands garbage bin and was on my way. Which so far is our cheapest meal in Copenhagen and gave us a large amount of food. We also got some extras added to our order on the house. The owner seems to run the shop on his own and is extremely friendly. His hospitality and generosity along with the food has made this meal the favorite of our trip.
