Just ok. Food wasn't bad. I started with charred oysters which came with small crostinis. Yumm. Then for my main I got the Parmesan crusted trout. Honestly, there was no crust. It was very mushy but the flavor was there. Service was slow even in a half empty restaurant. My friend was done her appetizer before I even received mine. Just not the atmosphere I was hoping for.

After a long day of Back To School Shopping we decided to eat at the Bonefish. I have to say the server today was the sweetest most professional and swift server. His name was Tony and his smile was so contagious. Thanks you Tony for a great experience. Every thing was excellent!

Had a great experience this time. I have a system typically.. I'm human so I'm fallible & definitely a hypocrite. I try & visit a spot three times before writing a review. Everyone has a bad day & you never know what someone has going on inside their head. Good managers / owners should instruct their staff to leave their personal life at the door but c'mon, let's be realistic, this is hard to do. Anyway, this is maybe my 5th or 6th time here. I can't recall the bartenders name, something with a Y. She was good at her job, for sure. I ordered the Tuna Poke Bowl. For the price, totally worth it, light & satisfying.

My first visit to this elegant restaurant, the ambiance is great , nice music , the food is very delicious, we ordered southwestern salad , Fontina pork chop and cod imperial fish with their sides . ( Hope) our hostess , was very professional yet very nice . Very satisfied and highly recommended

I not sure if my food standards have gone up or the quality of food at bonefish has gone down. It has been several years since I dined there, and I have to say that I wasn't the least bit impressed with my last experience. I chose this spot for my moms bday dinner and called ahead for a reservation just in case it was crowded. When I got there I told the hostess it was my mothers bday, which would signal that I would like something sweet that a candle can go in for my mom to blow out. Usually nothing is said about it after asking, and they just come out with something at the end of the dinner. The waitress seated us at our table and announced to us that is was someone's birthday at the table ‍. There goes the surprise. At the end of the dinner I asked for the check, which should've signaled to the waitress that it's time to bring out the dessert with a candle lit. Instead, the waitress asked me in front of my mom if I would like something brought out ‍. I'm thinking to myself, you have got to be the dumbest waitress working here.... On to the food.... I ordered the scallops and shrimp, my wife had the salmon, and my mom had the steak and crab cake. My meal was pretty good, my wife's was good as well, but my mothers crab cakes was super watery. Definitely frozen then nuked. We also order the ginger potstickers for an appetizer that were terrible. They were soft and mushy inside and out. The bang bang shrimp was still very good but somethings have fallen off.

The place was busy so we made a reservation but ended up bringing an extra person. They asked us for an extra 15 minute to accommodate which is fine because we sprung it on them. But 30 minutes in we checked and they said another 10 minutes. Took somewhere around 45 minutes to get seated and the "larger table" was like a 3 inch extension foldout -.- pretty sure they were just buying time because it was busy and they didn't have tables... Our waitress was excellent though. She checked in on us routinely and filled our water regularly. She was very polite throughout. Signature pasta salmon: fish was slightly over cooked but aside from that the portion was large and everything was good. Crab fries: awesome appetizer. Fries are great! There's crab pieces on top, and the best part was the crab dressing/dip. Ambience: upscaled setting but a little too crowded. Tables are packed and the bar was completely full and right up along the dining tables. They should space seating farther apart throughout the restaurant in my opinion. Also, I've been to other locations and there was only 1 decoration piece here so I expected more. Food: 4.5/5 Ambience: 4/5 Service: 4/5 - 5/5 for waitress, 3/5 elsewise Tl;dr popular spot so recommend reservations. Good food that's not too overpriced.

Same strip mall type locale, but seedier neighborhood, smaller dining area, & less enthusiastic staff. They didn't light my meal on fire (an unnecessary but fun thrill). Food quantity/size seemed less impressive than my 1st experience, but still one hell of a value. Husband ordered a fried shrimp basket & said shrimp was hot, fresh, & firm in texture. Live Lobster Special had 1.5 pounder, clams, shrimp, potatoes, corn, & I added broccoli. All firm- no soggy, water-logged seafood or veggies. Garlic bread for the table & they honored the coupon given at Wilkes-Barre. An excellent choice for anyone looking to have a delicious seafood experience west of the coastline.

The sauce is bold and delicious, just a little much for my personal taste today. Next time I'm asking for it on the side. Still pretty amazing though. The real surprise of the evening? The Blood Orange Coconut Margarita. Bright, refreshing, like bottled sunshine. Already plotting how to recreate it at home. For my main, the halibut was absolutely perfect -- paired with tomato risotto and asparagus. The sweetness of the tomatoes and the bitterness of the asparagus played off each other beautifully, with the fish right in the middle holding it all together. Thoughtful, balanced plating. I don't even like Chardonnay -- but William Hill had me completely reconsidering that. Oaked just enough, not overdone. The perfect complement to the halibut. Whoever William Hill is, he knows what he's doing. And I couldn't leave without dessert. The blueberry carrot cake is unlike anything I've had -- a genuinely unique combination that works. Two-time Best of Philadelphia winner with this recipe, and you can taste why. Those walnuts are no joke -- big, generous, and absolutely perfect in every bite. The cherry on top of the whole evening? My server Ashley. Spot-on recommendations, great energy, and a smile throughout. That's the kind of service that makes dining alone feel like a treat rather than a chore. Youell's, see you soon.

It's open Tuesday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday until 9:00 PM. It had been a few years since my last visit, and the menu has expanded quite a bit since then, including the addition of the lobster flight, so I decided it was time to stop back in. I started with the crispy calamari, perfectly cooked and tender, with a mix of rings and tentacles. After the calamari, I moved on to the mac & cheese flight, a rich, creamy trio of lobster, crabby cheddar, and homestyle five-cheese. Next up was the French Onion Sea Hag soup, a luxurious twist on the classic. The cheese melted and crusted on the crock, topped with shrimp and scallops, made every bite irresistible. Finally came the main event, the lobster tail flight, featuring tails from Maine, South Africa, and Brazil. The South African and Brazilian tails were firm, tender, and flavorful, while the Maine tail, though sweet, was a bit mushy. All lobster is served with a butter warmer, which I consider essential. My buddy ordered the Admiral's Surf N Turf, with an 18 oz tomahawk and a 5 oz South African tail. The steak was well seasoned and cooked to a juicy medium-rare, though his lobster was mushy, much like my Maine tail. For dessert, he ordered the strawberry pie and said it was one of the best desserts he's ever had. Service was solid overall, though slow at times, which is understandable on a busy Friday night. All in all, it was a great experience, and my buddy and I really enjoyed ourselves.
