Tonight we waited 10 minutes at the front seating station to even be greeted and this was 530 pm. Setting aside the temperature of the food because it was ordered through door dash the food itself was disappointing, bland and not worth the $60 for two meals and an appetizer. Plus we got bread!The salad was excellent with lots of toppings and the house dressing which was perfect. The steak was well seasoned and prepared to my liking. I got the au gratin potatoes and green beans which were delicious. For dessert we had a few choices but I chose the key lime pie because who doesn't like a good key lime pie? It's a chain... But it's not bad. The bang bang shrimp is delicious and worth going just for that. The Ribeye is delicious and I always get both my sides as mashed potatoes since they only give one ice cream scoop full which is lame. Then I also get a side Caesar salad which is good and not over dressed. They also have a good grilled Hawaiian shrimp and fried asparagus . Their mojitos are the absolute best! The server offered to take it back to the kitchen and keep it warm. Sure, OK. Let that fish keep cooking! We opted to push aside the appetizers and take them home. The FONTINA PORK TENDERLOIN was lukewarm. The LILY'S CHICKEN was lukewarm and tasteless. The ROCKEFELLER "BUTTERFISH" ALASKAN BLACK COD was also lukewarm. Never got a chance to ask because he left so fast. He had two other tables. The stuffing wasn't warm and I had no one to talk to! I'm going to go back for sure but I want a different server. Hubby and I have been waiting years for a Bonefish to come to central PA. We ate there a few weeks after it opened. It seemed much smaller than other Bonefishes although we have heard it's one of their larger locations. This is a chain restaurant but the experience depends a lot on the servers and the chefs. The service was good despite it getting rather crowded the longer we were there. (We went for lunch on a weekend.) Everyone enjoyed the food. We all agreed we would order the same things again. The martini's were given two thumbs up so kudos to the bartender who was working that shift. I'll stop back again in a few months to see if the kinks are all worked out. read more
