How can you not love bone sweet bone! Went here for the first time after several people had recommended it to me. I had went to Petco for my grooming needs as I have an English bulldog and he just needs a bath. I finally went here and this place was great. I was able to get a quick appt and they finished my dogs bath within 2 and a half hours! Usually at Petco it takes like4 hours. The staff and the groomer who cleaned my dog were super friendly and have me some tips on how to keep my dog's wrinkles clean! Love this place! read more

I've used their overnight services a couple of times now and have always been completely satisfied. "Hunter" my beagle is well cared for and I can rest easy when I'm out of town knowing that my little baby is in good care. read more

My dog & I can't get enough of this place! We LOVE everyone that works at this location. The staff really cares about animals! I have used them for daycare and its great! Lots of space and supervision. I highly recommend them. read more

We've taken our dog here for almost 2 years now, since she was just a wee pup. She goes in for daycare and for boarding, and for all of her grooming, and we never have a doubt that she is in very good hands. Santiago and his staff care for all of their dog customers as if they were their own four-legged family members. Every time we bring our dog in, she scrambles to get back through to the play area where she knows her friends are waiting. We even get the occassional picture post of her on their Facebook page when she's spending a few nights there, which is a great comfort when we're out of town without her. As for grooming, she always comes out looking and smelling wonderful, and they take great care to make sure she is bathed with hypo-allergenic shampoo due to her sensitive skin and allergies. We trust them completely with one of the most important members of our family. We couldn't be happier with them. read more

We have tried a lot of the groomers in the Studio City/Toluca Lake area and this one is the best. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Plus, our dog always looks so happy after a trip here! We can't wait to try their doggy daycare services. read more

They always try to fit the pups in even with their busy schedule. We've been coming here for years and Lola always looks so pretty and fresh after baths or haircuts. She loves the day care too! They are life savers when you have to use day care in last minute situations or overnight stay. Don't think twice just give them a try and I promise you won't be disappointed. read more

Best doggy day care. Sometimes I cant be there for my furry son. Bone sweet bone has the friendliest staff that always recognize and great my dog and treat him like one of their own. Bone Sweet Bone - Pet Groomers Near Me - Studio City, California

I infrequently (once every 3-4 months) put my dog in day care here over a two year span. We kept going back because it was one of the reasonably priced doggy day cares and used to be the only cage free boarding place in the area. I really wanted to like this place but when you get three strikes, you're out. The first strike occurred after I boarded my dog overnight for about a week. My dog was incessantly scratching and biting herself when she got home. Lo and behold, after running a flea comb in her I found TWO fleas near her tail! WHAT!!! And yes, we use anti-flea medicine on the regular but sometimes it's just not enough. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, remedied the situation on our own after informing Santiago (the owner) of the flea issue, and decided to go back since we had already been going there over a year. The second strike came when I noticed my dog had increasingly begun to tense up when we'd arrive. I believe someone else mentioned the same thing. If only dogs could speak... Instead of being excited to go to this place, she would almost claw at me like "get me the eff out of here!" My hesitation of taking her here intensified from that moment. The final strike came when we took my dog for overnight boarding for another week long stay. On the drive home I noticed she had a bleeding cut above her nose. I called immediately and no one picked up. I left a message for Santiago to call me back asap. I didn't receive a follow-up phone call until the next day after I had already sent an email expressing my disappointment, anguish and anger over what happened. When Santiago called me, he was apologetic and gave me a reason it had happened that didn't quite make sense to me because it didn't sound like something my dog would do. Regardless, why didn't he tell me this when I picked up my dog originally? Did he think I wouldn't see it? Did he need time to come up with an excuse? I don't know, but it was unacceptable. The grounds are nothing to write home about. Most of the time the dogs are outside on concrete in two small gated areas. I'm not sure how much time my dog spent out there since there are no webcams, but she overheats easily in the sun so that might be the reason she didn't enjoy going there. Some times things happen for a reason because not long after this happened, another cage-free dog boarding place opened up in the area. We've been taking our dog there instead ever since. read more

This place is great! Having our dog out and playing with others is so much better than the old fashioned cage and walk kennel. They seem to really care about their "guests" and our dog seemed to really love her day there. I wouldn't hesitate to leave our dog there again. Good work all! read more

What a great first day for Flash! The facility was clean, everyone was so friendly, and most importantly.... Flash tired himself out running around with the other big pups! He can't wait to come back for more puppy play time. read more

This place is great! I read a review about a person not coming back because of blasting music. I personally love music and so does my dog. I want my dog to be groomed by people that are playing music and enjoying life. You will get my repeat business. And please keep on playing that music! read more

Started coming to Bone Sweet Bone over 5 years ago when I lived in the Valley... and still take my pups every 6 weeks for grooming after living in West Hollywood for 4 years. They're the best! Consistent grooming for my 2 Pomeranian mixes, convenient appointments (especially weekends), friendly staff, and GREAT pricing! Can not recommend them enough for grooming. Thank you Bone Sweet Bone! read more

My dogs love it here! They have their routine, and get excited every time they know they are going to daycare for the day. We get them groomed here as well, and they always come home with a cute flower in their hair or bandana! They make friends there and it's a great way to get them to socialize. Love the owners too, they are family owned and so loving and caring toward my mom and I. LOVE BONE SWEET BONE!! read more

Today was Talullah's spa day which includes the works! She really enjoys the groomers, which has not been the case in the past. Once we found Bone sweet Bone we have not left! Bone Sweet Bone took the best care of my dog! She loved it there and although we would only take her about once a week for day care she never came back with any scrapes, or anything bad that happened. I liked the they separate the dogs based on sizes and their grooming was always top notch for me. read more

Our dog loves coming here for day care a couple of times a week! He comes home exhausted from playing with his buddies. The employees are so kind, always recognizing us when we come in for drop off and pick up. I'm especially loving BSB's Instagram stories where you can catch a glimpse of your pup playing during the day! Grooming and teeth cleaning services have always been wonderful too. read more

My dog is a bit of a jerk and not too fond of strangers. Especially strangers picking him up. That being said...he LOVES going to day care here! And LOVES when Santiago picks him up every morning to take him in the back. I'm pretty cautious about where I take my pooch to daycare and have never had a second thought about leaving him in BSB's hands. They have always been kind, gentle and most importantly....my dog loves them and always comes home exhausted! Two thumbs up! read more

There are many doggie day care facilities in this area, but we especially love Bone Sweet Bone in Studio City. Five Stars. They know our dog Kreacher by name, they know us, and they treat him so well and love him. The staff is extremely friendly and check-in and check-out are super smooth. Once we called to see how he was doing and they texted us photos - so sweet! Can't say enough good things. read more

We have been coming here for years and watched Bone Sweet Bone grow and develop from a small bath/grooming shop to a retail + grooming + day care facility. What a wonderful experience watching a good business grow and flourish! We have been bringing our dog to be groomed by Etson for the past 6 years. She has been groomed by him her entire life since she came out of puppy-hood. And not once did we have a bad experience. We get so many compliments on our dog's appearance, and we credit Etson with all of them. He makes her looks cute, healthy, and her fur grows out with healthy speed. I can't say our dog loves to go there. In fact, she hates being groomed and bathed. If that's the case with your dog, don't automatically blame the groomer. In our case, our dog has never been injured, cut, or hurt in any way by grooming or bathing. It's just her personality - she dislikes the grooming experience for her own doggie reasons. What we like about Bone Sweet Bone: 1. They have a strict up-to-date shots policy. All dogs are required to have up-to-date shot records in order to be groomed or boarded, no exception. I saw some reviewers complain about the policy, but I think that's just silly. I would not want my dog to get sick because of an irresponsible dog own or because the staff caved in to the bullying client. 2. We like Santiago, the owner, very much. He is a pleasure to talk to, takes time and effort to remember his clients. He seems like a kind and caring person, and our dog loves him. And you can't fool the dog's instincts! 3. Etson, the groomer, makes our dog look cute and healthy. Her fur is healthy after his touch. She has never been cut, scratched, or injured in any way by Etson. She comes home with a lovely haircut and healthy-looking coat. 4. Quality and price. They are not the cheapest place on the block, but we always come out feeling like we got the best value. You may have noticed that BSB has the highest review ranking among the neighboring grooming salons. There is always going to be a few disappointed clients. However, we found BSB staff ethical, helpful, and forthcoming every time, and we recommended BSB to our friends and family members. read more

Every single time it's a five-star experience. They truly care about your pets and it shows. They also have great prices on dog food - I've had other pet stores get angry to price match because the deals are so good at BSB. In fact, I'm going in today! read more

While I think it can be pricey for grooming, they do a great job and my dogs are always happy and dont seem stressed here.

The staff here at Bone Sweet Bone are great! When I go away on business trips, this is one place I know that my dog is taken care of. Definitely recommend you bring your pet here. read more

Awesome spot!! The gods look great and are happy! We come here once a week. I hope you will try it to if you love your doggies

I've had my dog for years and was never able to find a great place like this. Not only are their prices reasonable, my dog comes out HAPPY. Usually any other place I took him to whether I paid $35 or $80, he would come out with some sort of pain either a cut or emotionally he was sad. I've been taking him here for the past few months and I've been pleased each time. They're very gentle with the pets. Highly recommend. read more

They take great care of our dogs. We take them for grooming but haven't boarded there. Santiago is very helpful and treats the dogs well. Their first string groomer is great. He's off Sundays. Not so thrilled with the Sunday guy and will not take dogs to him. One of our beloved pets has really sensitive skin (even hypo and oatmeal shampoos give her hives) so they've worked with us to try to minimize or eliminate hives and find the right medicated shampoo. Prices are average to a bit above average, but they take great care of our pets and it would be worth a couple extra bucks. read more

I love this place. Staff is friendly and my dog loves it here! My dog is very high energy and always comes home exhausted after a day of daycare so I know he gets a lot of play time! read more

My small dog Bailey stayed 2 nights and seems to have had a good time. They separate the big dogs from the small dogs so no one gets stepped on. Bailey also had a grooming done while she was there and came out looking like a new, adorable dog. The products they used were a little sweet smelling for my taste, but Bailey didn't mind, and it did wear off after a while. I would absolutely go back here for either or both of these services. The owner and the people working out front were super nice to us and made me feel like my pup is loved. There's also a little boutique store attached, which is a cute place to shop. read more

I bring my King Charles puppy here every week for daycare. The place is very clean, the staff is super nice, and my pup comes home tired and ready to crash. :) read more

I am so grateful for Bone Sweet Bone! I recently rescued a pup from out of the country and she is extremely fearful, especially of people. Finding the right daycare was therefore difficult yet critical for my pups growth, and BSB was the perfect fit. The staff and caretakers are so kind and patient with my dog, she now looks forward to spending time at daycare while I'm at work! Looking forward to seeing her grow more through her time at Bone Sweet Bone. 5/5 daycare and boarding! read more

Ive been taking my dog Cash here for grooming and occasional daycare for about 14 months. He always appears to have a pleasant time and I trust that he has been well taken care of. The service is great and I was allowed to have a thorough tour and found the place to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. The grooming is always the way I want it , although there were a few times he was 10-15 minutes later than I was told to pick him up. Even though one of the best facilities I have ever visited and the prices are extremely fair. A+ read more

My pug, Mac, and I love Bone Sweet Bone. Caring staff, reasonably priced, and good hours. Like it so much I drive from Glendale.

I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this place. I've used just about all their services. Grooming, day care and even overnight dog sitting when I've gone out of town. My baby Frankie Loves the company of other dogs. They even have two separate area for large and smaller dogs. Really affordable and they always remember you and your pet. Hey Vanessa! Lol.
