I've been to both Bone Heads locations and this one is totally different as far as atmosphere. This location is updated and very modern yet casual. Whereas the Willis location is a little outdated and very homey like. I came here for lunch and they were very busy with dine-in and carry out. There was one waitress for the whole place and she was busting butt! I was seriously impressed with her ability to balance everything going on. There isn't a lot of seating here so I could see there being a wait time at busy periods. I ordered the pulled pork dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and baked beans. The pulled pork was really good - tender and flavorful. I enjoyed adding their bbq sauces on it. The potatoes and beans were both just all right. I wouldn't order those again. I did really enjoy the corn muffin though and was awfully tempted to order more. Of the two locations, Willis is closer so I would go there first. I really enjoy their meats so I will be back. Just gotta find some sides I really enjoy.

I had been to the Willis location before and was glad there's a closer spot. I went with a friend for lunch and had the pulled pork sandwich lunch. It came with coleslaw which personally didn't agree with me but sweet potato fries can be substituted for an extra charge. I will try those next visit. My friend had the dinner and she chose baked beans and cornbread as her sides. It looked great also. The waitress was friendly and the seating area is fun and casual. I like the Coke freestyle machine also.

Great new BBQ joint in Saline but not new to the area. We stopped in for dinner on a Thursday night - they have dine in or carry out. We dined in. The place was clean and nice. Great classic rock music in the background. I chose the BBQ combo and my hubby the ribs. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and juicy with a nice Smokey flavor. My sampler - yum. The smoke was present in all. The chicken juicy, all the rest very flavorful. Our waitress was so nice. We'll be back!

BBQ was good Pulled chicken, Brisket and pulled Pork . Dine in or carry out. Side BBQ Beans, Collard Greens and Coleslaws were all good. Only thing it would be nice to sit down and be waited on. For the $$

Meat is NOT barbecued or smoked. More like baked in the oven and covered in not very good sauce. Dry brisket. Corn muffins are good though.

The food, though, lands squarely in the "just okay" category. The calamari came with a honey glaze that made them noticeably sweet. If you enjoy sweet‑leaning seafood dishes, you might love it, but it wasn't my favorite combination. The beer, on the other hand, outshines the food by a mile. I had the Heavenly Hefeweizen, and it was excellent smooth, refreshing, and easily the highlight of the meal. I also had the hot chocolate which was tasty and rich, but it comes topped with a giant marshmallow. It looks great for photos, but once you start drinking it, things get messy fast. Service was fine overall, nothing special, nothing terrible. The host, however, came off a bit rude and had us waiting even though there were plenty of open tables. My guess is they're short‑staffed, which might explain the delay, but the attitude didn't help. The bathroom could also use a more thorough cleaning. All in all, it's a nice spot for drinks and atmosphere, but the food and service have room to grow. If you're here for a good beer and a relaxed vibe, you'll probably enjoy it

I felt like I was in SoCal or something. The bathrooms are also clean and I was surprised that the bathrooms have the green/red "vacant" and "occupied" feature. There's a cooler with individual ice cream (strawberry, mint, vanilla, chocolate) and wooden spoon palettes. My only complaint is that the grill took so long so our meat took forever to cook. That said, they've optimized the experience by offering a separate pickup door, which makes takeout incredibly smooth and efficient... a smart move for a small business. He and I had water, while my wife had a soft drink for her birthday, though she would have enjoyed one regardless. The bill was just under $100 for us three. I am very disappointed about the lack of lamb picanha. Only having leg of lamb as part of the buffet is disheartening. Hopefully they will bring it back. I was considering getting a third discount card, but without lamb picanha or lamb chops I doubt I will. Of course we will be back as we spent $140 plus delivery fee to have physical discount cards. We saved $87 so the break even point will be our next dining experience here. Everyone else was seated by the windows. I had to insist on being seated elsewhere. The restaurant is relatively new and still retains its sparkle. The salad bar is at the back, with chill/hot sections. I paid attention to other reviews and zeroed in on the pineapple carpaccio. In addition, I had the hearts of palm, baby asparagus stalks, potato salad, and lobster bisque. Other people had recommended the latter and they were right. I had very little else from the bar to focus on the grilled meats. The parade of meat started very quickly after I was seated. The filet mignon was fantastic. It was well-seasoned and prepared at the right temperature. The picanha (spicy and garlic) was okay. However, I thought the lamb was too gamey (I usually like lamb) and the pork was too dry. I got full quickly so I was glad I did not select the chicken or sausage offerings. Brazilian bread, bananas, mashed potatoes, and fries accompanied the meal. I only requested the bread, which was hot and chewy, and the bananas were swoon-worthy good. Yes, you need to save room for the sugar-and-cinnamon-spiced, pan-fried bananas. My server was polite and responsive. I wish I could forget the inauspicious start to the meal.
