They have a do-it-yourself bathing station, you just purchase a single wash or a 5 punch card from the cashier. Aprons, towels, soaps, conditioners and even a blow dryer is in each stall. The stalls are different heights for different sized breeds. Quite handy to have my Frenchie at counter height for his shower instead of me being being on the bathroom floor hunched over. Each stall also has a pinch n slide collar to keep your Fido from being crazy and hurting himself. I can only attest to Dog related items, TONS. Collars, leashes and toys. All within budget. Dog treats, help yourself bins, low calorie training treats...this store really has it all, without having to be the size of Texas. She said they can't take back the food, after it's been opened. I have never been told that. Every where I have bought dog food from, guarantees it, or will take it back for a refund, or a replacement of another kind. I will never do business with these people again. When people do business like this, they don't care about your pet, it's all about making money. So now they have my money, 31.00 to be exact. Small tent inside that houses reptiles and their habitats. Many exotic animals were shown and were allowed to be held. Owners Cam and Cole shared their starting point and experiences in growing Spock's. Family friendly event with so many opportunities to ask questions and learn. Yelp really made this engaging and brought community. We have visited Spock's again since this event and we are so glad we have gotten the chance to meet and know the owners.

Our appointment was for 2:00 and they had not even started him by 4:00. We got him back at 5:00, finally. The owner said that we were not going to be a good fit for them and she offered to give us a referral, It was to a groomer 39 miles away. We thought if we made an early appointment, they wouldn't be backed up and our dog would be there at the most for two hours, so we made an appointment for a month later. When we showed up, we learned that she had cancelled it without notifying us. Turns out she was right - she wasn't a good fit for us.
