I really enjoyed the outdoor seating . There is lots of parking and an area for picnics.

Enjoyed our visit to Bonaire Winery in June. Very scenic property, offer Harvest Host RV camping on level grassy area up front next to the vineyards with a view of the valley and Mountains. We bought a wonderful bottle of Cabernet and enjoyed it while relaxing in their picnic area under the shade of giant trees. Delicious. So we bought two more bottles (Cab Franc and another Cabernet) currently they are offering sale prices ($10-$24). Took a sunset stroll through vineyards and down along the canal. Closed for tastings but owner will open a bottle and give you some plastic glasses for the picnic area.

Great Mountain View over the vineyard.

We love the wine, views, and owners/staff. It's always a wonderful visit each and every time.

I was impressed. The vineyard is located in a beautiful location. With the flat terrain, the clear blue sky looks like it went on for miles into the distance as well as the rows of grapes. I was mesmerized. If I was an artist, I could have been inspired to do something really magnificently creative. The lady that greeted my friends and I was really friendly. She provided us with a menu of wines to taste and two bathrooms to use after a long drive from Seattle. On the menu, there were two list of wines where you can pay $5 to try some or a complimentary list. There were red, white, and dessert wines to try. My friends and I went all out for the dessert ones and tried the complimentary ones and then one from the $5 list. I liked all of them but I can't recall the names. They were good enough that my friend bought two bottles! Afterward, (and we checked with the owner for an ok) we made used of the scenery and took lots of pictures. And I mean a lot. 2 hours worth of pictures. We jumped in the field. We skipped. We posed. We sweat under the sun. It was fun. Make use of the photo op.

Bonair may have magnetized me the first time I came here, years ago. I don't know how else to really explain why I keep going back. I DO love their "new" tasting room, definitely one of the most classy in the Zillah area. And they have nice seating area outside for al fresco dining, as well as a table by the fireside on fall/winter. They have a nice selection of wines - not knock-outs IMHO, but decent expressions of the varietals at reasonable prices. I always pick up a bottle of Cab Franc, but this time the Petit Verdot really sang to me. Good, honest and unpretentious people here. Guess it's just my kind of place. Yeah, I'm gonna keep coming back.

This estate winery is absolutely wonderful. I love the view and the staff. The wines were really delicious. My favorites were the rose and Riesling! They were well above average!

The helpful staff at Christopher Cellars suggested stopping by Bonair since we asked where to get a snack she actually suggested both Silver Lake and Bonair, but since I've been to the Silver Lake tasting room in Woodinville and Leavenworth I decided to try Bonair why not try something new right? The grounds were beautiful, with a pond and some ducks swimming around, a nice place to sit by and relax for a while. Before tasting we checked out the tapas menu, bread & oil, olives & almonds, lamb meatballs, smoked salmon, sausage & cheese and prosciutto wrapped shrimp. We picked the bread & oil, olives & almonds, sausage & cheese and prosciutto wrapped shrimp and than tasted while waiting for our tapas. I tasted the Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and the Bung Dog Red and none of them did anything for me, they weren't awful or anything like that I just didn't care for them. They didn't taste big and bold and fresh I'm not really sure what they tasted like but it didn't do it for me. So we headed outside to wait for our tapas. They arrive and they were about as mediocre as the wines. The bread was hard and the olive oil was not extra virgin it tasted like Safeway brand olive oil it needed some extra virgin in it. The olives and almonds were the stand out of the tapas with the cheese and sausage being meh and the prosciutto wrapped shrimp being bad, I like fresh things not over processed foods so we ended up feeding Bung the dog most of our tapas, he had taken a seat at our table to join us once our food arrived. He was the best thing about the place. I wasn't a fan and won't bother to come back; I won't tell you not to go I'll leave that up to you to decide.

Cool Winery, nice wines. Bonair Winery has that cozy Europeanesque feel all over the estate. The most memorable point taken form this winery wasn't the wine, it was the entertaining lady that was the owner. That being said, their standout was the Malbec, nothing else really wowed us. If you were looking for a good value, go after their Bung Dog Red. It was going for $100 case and just a nice easy drinking red blend (Good BBQ'in wine). In short if you are tasting in the area make sure you add Bonair to the list.

This is the best wine in all of Yakima. My husband and I felt so welcome walking into the bonair tasting room. We brought our two dogs and really had the best time tasting the wine (ALL OF THEM WERE AMAZING) and talking with the owner. We have traveled the world in search of hidden wine gems and this place is number one on that list. We became wine members and took several cases home. So impressed. If you are a wine fiend this place will blow you away.

This was the first stop of several today on our wine tour adventure. Bonnie is super friendly and nice lady. Gotta say hi to their winery dog Bung (aussie shephard, super cute). The grounds are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I could not get over it and took many pictures. Their wines are very affordable but were a bit disappointing to me. We tried several of the wines and nothing stood out to me. They lacked complexity. $5 tasting fee though is ok with me and they have a really cute wine shop. Definitely worth checking out. They also do tapa's if you are looking for some food.

We love this place. This year we joined their Elite club/group. Doing so brought the prices down and gets us a special event each year that brings us back for another weekend adventure is wine land. We returned this year for our special dinner and tasting and it was great. Good people and a great time. We also got to hang out with our buddy Bungalow aka Bung. He sat with us at the table outside as we sipped some wine. Can't wait until next year.

I was so glad there wasn't any snakes. Lol

We had a great time with Kevin & winery dog , Poppy during our wine tasting. The red wines are good at a very reasonable price.

Great place, red wines were excellent and the grounds are very pretty. After tasting we enjoyed having a glass of wine by the pond.

I absolutely adore this winery: the wine, the space, the people, the food, and the community…read more The Wine: The wines are consistently amazing and are made to be aged, without the usual high price tag that comes with that. I like bold, flavorful wine, and they have that in spades. I thought I hated Merlot, for being generally weak, but Terra Blanca's Merlot is fantastic. I thought I only liked red wine, but their Albarino is now my go-to summer white wine. I thought Rose was too sugary of a wine, but their Rose has incredible flavor without heft. I'm an enduring fan of their Block 8 Syrah, but the Cab Sauv is a close second. The Space: It's gorgeous. The building is beautiful, the grounds are well-maintained, the vineyard (which you can tour at some of their events) feels old-world-meets-tech, the cellars are amazing, and everything feels welcoming. Like, I don't just want to go here, I want to spend time here. The People: The employees are wonderful: welcoming, knowledgeable, happy, humble, and it never feels like they're just trying to sell you something. They're honest and upbeat, even at times when I *know* they must be feeling rushed or stressed. It makes the whole place feel like hanging out with friends and neighbors (but in a classy way). This is *not* the kind of winery where they pour, recite a litany about the varietal, and walk away. This is the kind of winery where you can walk in and say "I know nothing about wine" and they'll be excited to take you wherever your curiosity about wine takes you. The Food: I've eaten at the Thursday happy hours, at buffet banquets, and at a tasting/pairing event. Each time the food has been delicious, unique, and well-paired. And it's all from scratch, locally grown & grazed, etc. even their charcuterie boards are lovely (and a lot...you will not leave hungry). I recommend trying the flatbread pizzas off their wood-fired grill. Oh, and the menu changes quarterly, so I've yet to get bored with anything. The Community: In addition to this place feeling like a community, and growing one with their wine clubs and virtual tasting group, they're involved in the Tri-Cities community. I love when local small businesses support each other and non-profits in the area! They have regular events and banquet fundraisers for orgs like Children's Developmental Center and TROT. Oh, the prices? I'd call them good. High enough to convey the quality, but low enough to be approachable even for people who are just starting to try wine. And they do a lot of sales and discounts throughout the year. The tasting room prices are spot-on, which keeps Terra Blanca feeling inclusive. TL;DR: Tasty wine at affordable prices, great customer service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, fun events

Loved this gorgeous winery! The view is absolutely breath taking…read more Reservations are recommended especially on weekends as this place gets very busy. They have an onsite kitchen and is a very popular spot for wine and lunches. They are dog friendly on the patio only. You get to taste about 8 wines for $30 Or fee is waived with a purchase of any two bottles. Tasting did not disappoint from their whites to red. They have a variety for all taste buds. I loved all their Cabs. They have a mix of 100% Cab to some with Merlot and Cab Franc. All were delish and as I was tasting I kept thinking of food items these would pair well with. Of course we purchased half a case variety of red wines. Venue is super clean, great vibe and super friendly staff. Darcy and Alex were both amazing. We will definitely be going back here when in the area.
