Anyway, this rarely happens but I couldn't finish my bowl. Partly because it was a large portion but honestly I wasn't feeling100%. The broth was slightly salty (as compared to the Shoyu broth) and it was rich. They put in a raw egg into the broth and added a generous amount of fatty pork. On an ordinary day, the richness wouldn't have bothered me and I would have eaten 90% or more of the bowl. I focused on eating the veggies (bean sprouts and bok choy), the ramen itself, and only some of the pork. Service was ok.
