I got answers like; We don't work on that brand (Ariens), to we can get to it in two young three weeks. Not to mention huge differences in price. I finally found a local shop in Charlestown that was reasonable and could get to it in 3 to 4 days. I was on my way to the shop to confirm them picking up my mower and turn around time. My route took me down hwy 403 right past Holmes Ace Hardware. I decided to stop in and talk to them since they sell Zero Turn mowers. I asked who they use for repairs and service. I was told they have their own shop on property and do their own repairs and service. I asked if they took walk in repairs. Yes they do. They gave me a reasonable estimate and said they would try to pick the mower up that same afternoon. I was beyond happy I had decided to stop in. Later that same afternoon they picked up my mower. Unbelievably the next afternoon they called me and said the mower was ready and they wanted to bring it back to me. WOW! Holmes repaired my mower within 24 hrs and for a reasonable price! I was ecstatic because my yard was needing cutting. Holmes will be my first call for any future repairs. I've already told two of my neighbors about Holmes mower repair.

Great customer service from them. The gentleman that loaded my snow blower was just as good as the first two clerks I dealt with. Upon discovering my snow blower was missing a part, I called to find out the "shop" was closed until the following Monday. I called the following Monday, only to have a clerk that greeted me with a greeting that sounded like I was bothering him by his "what do ya need?" question Not the customer service I expected, it was downright rude. I knew this encounter was not going to be good. After explaining to him about the missing part, he obviously didn't have a clue what I was talking about, and I explained it to him again. He then told me I had to come to the store to order the part. I asked him would I have to return to the store to pick it up when it arrived. He told me yes, I would. I asked him if I could place my order over the phone, and he said no. Needless to say I was greatly disappointed with the service I received. As a store that prides itself with good customer service, as well as being a family business, I chose them to purchase my snowblower from a locally owned store instead of a box store. Not the service I expected after buying a $1500 snow blower. I don't think I'll be returning here in the future.

I haven't used the saw in a couple years. Recently I took the saw off the shelf just to see if it would start after sitting for an extended time. Unfortunately, the saw was sitting in a puddle of bar oil. I checked You Tube for the possible problem. Turns out that over time (16 years) the rubber oil line from the oil tank to the bar/chain can deteriorate and start leaking. I also watched a video on how to change the oil line. Of course the repair guy on the video made it look fairly easy. So, I decide to make the repair myself. I got the part from PC and proceeded to tear down my saw to make the repair. Well it turns out the repair wasn't quite as easy as the video made it out to be. I got to a point I realized I wasn't going to get this done. I took my saw (in pieces) to PC to have their repair man look at it and give me a price to finish the repair. Keep in mind the saw is 16 yrs old and not worth putting a lot of money into it. The repair man, Ed, got the new line on and reassembled the saw with the parts I had taken to him. Not only did Ed fix the saw, he did it for a very reasonable price. Top notch service provided by Ed and PC. I have several Stihl products and would not hesitate to take any of them to Ed/PC for service or repairs.

Summary: beware of this company. They will make verbal commitments that they will not honor. For…read morethe prices they charge, this should have all been super smooth. Initial install was left incomplete after 2 full days when I was told install would take 1-2 days. The initial salesman didn't think my HVAC vent would be in the way of the vanity but it was so install was left incomplete. They sent out an HVAC company after I called multiple times trying to get them scheduled. The HVAC company closed current vent and created a new one. However, they introduced a pipe leak, which as of this writing, has been actively leaking for more than a week. I have been in the process of trying to get the leak fixed and have had to speak to multiple people, none of which seemed to have any effect. I finally was able to get the installers to schedule a date to finish the incomplete portions of job, but it's a month after initial install date. They were able to seemingly complete most of the open items on the install yet an active basement leak remained and they never fixed a drain cover they broke. Then 2 days later, the tub started leaking into the basement. Also, West Shore told the financing company that the job was complete when there are still unresolved issues. At the moment, I am still waiting for them to resolve these issues and have told the financing company to not bill me until the job is complete.

We should have stopped there BUT we received a call from them asking if another rep could come out as the new rep had access to other programs that the 1st rep didn't. We thought no harm listening and seeing what they could come up with. The 2nd rep, Drew, showed up and went over everything again and was able to answer our questions that the 1st rep couldn't. Key among our questions was if the new windows were Energy Star rated for us which we were assured they were. After some more discussion, we decided that, with the discounts offered (military amongst them), we would go for it. We understood there was a wait as they are custom made. The day of the install, the truck shows up and 2 techs come in, introduce themselves and explain what needs done. We have pets so the techs were very understanding and accommodated our one request to finish the main bedroom first so we could shift the pets into that room and free up the bathrooms. A short time later a 3rd man comes flying throuh our front door and straight up the stairs with no introduction of any sort. We found out later that this was an assistant install manager that was there to help since the crew had someone call out. This man is in and out a few times but spent most of the time outside smoking/on the phone. At this point, all of our old windows are out and it's also 35 degrees. The assistant manager apparently pulled the other 2 installers from their work to sit on a Zoom meeting. When they returned from the meeting, we asked about the paperwork for the energy star ratings so we could put it with the rest of our tax prep paperwork. They didn't know what we were talking about and asked the assistant manager and he yelled down something about it being on the stickers. The lead tech had to dig through their trash to find the information. As we were going over it, the windows we received did not show energy star for our area, only through California and the southern states. At some point, the assistant manager left and the 2 techs were trying to finish up. 9 hours later (almost dark by now), the lead tech says they're done and goes over their closing checks. The next day we are looking at the windows and the rear upper windows were left partially unsealed and capped. We call this in to service as well as ask about the lack of energy star rating. An appointment is made for an installation manager to come out and address our concerns. The day of the appointment comes and the rep comes in shoving papers in my face saying heres what you need for the energy star (which does us no good). He said that there was some regulatory change and to fix it we should "call your congressman". He then said he would have the GM call us to address the energy star issue. He DID agree the finish work was not acceptable and had a senior tech come out to fix it. The senior tech said "There's no excuse for this". He made the repairs. We are now 3 weeks out and have not heard from the GM even though there are notes on our ticket saying he's made 5 attempts. We called a corporate number and told a gentleman there what our issue was and how several of our neighbors who were considering having them do work had now changed their minds after seeing all we've been through. His response was "We're a multi-billion dollar company". As a last ditch effort, we called Drew and explained this entire situation to him. He assured us that all this was defininitely not normal and was able to get us a number for the GM, Corey. We were able to finally speak with him about all of our issues/concerns and he said he'd be at our home in 15 minutes. When he arrived and was able to see and hear first hand he was very empathetic and was able to clearly explain our issue resolution. Drew and Corey exemplify excellent customer service and have ensured getting our bathroom remodel when the time comes.

As far as the Tub, Shower, hand-rails and hardware, I am, so far, VERY PLEASED,…read more and thankful! This was a long time coming to have this work done in our 1978 built home. We have lived here for 29 years. I DO wish that the Edge of the Tub was a bit wider in order to be able to sit on the side of the tub in a towel to dry off. Everything changes though and the way that bath tubs are made is no exception. Also, we were not aware that removing the old tub would leave a few dimples in the dry wall that now need to be filled, that the new tub and shower didn't cover. Before I get to the BEST part of the Review, the thing that really bothered me the most was that the drop cloths that were used to cover our floors during the work had an HORRIBLE smell to them and they appeared to be covered in grease and dirt. Our carpet needs to be cleaned anyway, so I didn't freak out to much but it was just the visual of it and the SMELL was just awful. I was kind of shocked at that and not prepared for it that material that has been used in probably MANY homes was now on the floors of MY home. Prior to the Install, James, the representative and Salesman, came to our home with information on Re-bath. He explained the process and showed us samples of our options to choose from. Shortly after that we drove out to the Show Room. I wanted to actually see if I could lean back in their tubs and I could! They are made with enough slope to really be able to use them as a soaking tub. Unfortunately the color I chose for my Tub is no longer available and it had to be substituted with a whiter color. It doesn't match exactly to the color of the Sub-way Tile on the Surround part of the tub but it's okay. I wanted to keep as much of the Color the same so as to match my Sink Counter Top, as I don't need to replace it. It still looks and works great after all these years and is original to the house, which I find charming. The workers arrived promptly on the day of the install. They worked REALLY HARD all day long and stayed later than normal to finish the job! They repaired a draining issue, which is what started all of this in the first place in needing to have this work done. They took the time to "build-out" part of the wall area so that everything would fit snugly and properly. I really appreciate their hard work. Thank you Joshua and Mike! Unfortunately right after they left at 8 pm, I noticed that the new facet on the tub was leaking a LOT of water. There was something stuck in the pipes somewhere, probably happened during the process and they just didn't know that something was stuck in the pipes, or it could have possibly been a faulty cartridge. The repair man came on Tuesday, after the long Week-end and he was able to clear out the issues and do the repairs. The process was very stressful for me and even though Joshua and Mike did a WONDERFUL job of cleaning things up there is still clean up involved because the process of course, ripping out an old tub and shower and installing a new one is very messy and dusty! Just be prepared for that. Also, be aware that the Caulking and Glue has to have 24 hours to dry, so if you have an Installation, be aware that you can't use your new tub until it's completely dry. I was a little bit disappointed that during the install, I called James with concerns about the wall now having dimples in it that we weren't made aware that it would happen that way and also the tarps on the floor, and he just didn't seem concerned about it. He was GREAT during the consultation, but during the work, not so much. His answers were quick and short and he didn't call us back to check on things like he said he would. Things happen and he was probably very busy. The Install was done on a Friday before a Holiday week-end so that could have been part of the issue too. No hard feelings and after the repairs were made on Tuesday, James did call today, Wednesday, to check on things. All in all I DO Recommend Re-Bath for any new Tub and Shower Install! The people at the Show Room on Breckenridge Lane were courteous when we went out there. It's an every day thing to them though and as new customers there were times I was uncertain as to what I was getting into and the amount of money that it would take to have this done. However, it was necessary and now that part is over with and I am VERY THANKFUL to have a Very Nice Spa Like Experience every time I shower or bathe!

Wine Cellar Innovations has tons of information on their site on how to start on the project, and it was a lot of fun to clear out the space, insulate it, and get it ready for their racks. The racks themselves were great quality mahogany, and largely assembled. It takes a bit to get the hang of the way they go together, but once you build your first rack, the others go together super easy. They even included an air nailer setup which made it a breeze - I couldn't imagine doing it any other way! They also offer a free design service which I tried (because hey, it's free, why not?), but I wanted to add a bit more complexity to my design, and as you can probably already tell I'm more of a DIY person in that regard anyway, I took on measuring and fitting in components they have available. Everyone I dealt with was excellent, and the only reason it's not 5 stars is that despite them including multiple spare pieces in the racking kits, there were a few pieces that came incorrectly cut from the factory. I contacted them and they sent replacements no questions asked, so it was only a bit of delay in completing the project. Overall, the project came out amazing and I recommend WCI to anyone looking to build wine racks. They're well built and well-priced.
