They finally reimbursed us. I think they are very nice people. It's sad it didn't work out for us. Maybe just a bad time for them.

Oh, we put it back on. I spent $200 in the store. It's very aggravating so I don't know if I recommend this place. The manager was rude took forever for him to show up. As I'm sipping my delicious wine, I find that my mind is drawn to one important thought: This Ollie's Bargain Outlet that I visited in Clarksville two months ago would have been greatly improved if they sold wine. Ollie's doesn't sell wine (or any alcohol, for that matter). Too bad! But if you're in the market for discounted boxes of Hungry Jack mashed potatoes, bird feeders, comforter sets, off-brand slider storage bags, water guns and neoprene gloves, Ollie's is your store. There's a lot of stuff everywhere, and honestly, it's a little overwhelming. Ollie's takes a page from the Aldi playbook: There are just ripped open boxes of items on the shelves. To heck with aesthetics -- Ollie's is too busy saving you money to fiddle around with arranging items on a shelf nicely. I stopped in to get some lotion, and wouldn't you know, I could only find one bottle of lotion in the whole store. It wasn't a brand that I would have normally bought, but you can't be picky at Ollie's. You get what you get or you can get the eff out. Visiting Ollie's is like participating in a treasure hunt. You don't know what you'll find, or if you'll find anything at all. But it's worth a shot to stop in and try.

Do not contract for pool maintenance with this company. We were billed over twice the agreed rate…read morethat we contracted them for on several occasions. The first time that over $1,200 was drawn out of our account when we were expecting to pay $600/month for pool maintence, we called them to discuss the unexpectedly large bill and were given some bunk excuses about needing chemicals because of lawn clippings being blown into the water and some made-up sounding water testing that we never asked them to perform. The $600 extra dollars for the month for chemicals and testing was a ludicrous sum. We maintained our pool ourselves for an entire season for less than the overage for one month under the maintenance contract with Backyard Staycations. We asked the service manager never to bill over the agreed-upon rate ever again, and to discuss future testing and chemical purchases with us prior to performing them so that we can approve or disapprove the costs only to be hit with another $1200 charged out of our account the very next month. We feel very taken advantage of, have been extremely displeased with the lack of communication, the rude responses when we've called, and the inability to adequately explain these extremely high prices that greatly exceeded the quoted prices. We're submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and spreading the word wherever we can. Do not enter into a maintenance contract with Backyard Staycations.

Really though this place is magnificent. All the trinkets, the flowers, the trees. Bob and Janet themselves. Is never heard of it or been before yesterday. It was beautiful. Get ready for an overload of photos because I'm adding them. It's just too beautiful not to. I'm taking my 7 year old son at the end of the month to build his very own fairy garden in the back of the shop. Go support these local folks. Buy your plants here for your yard. They have a great selection. Take a picnic lunch and just enjoy the scenery. I cannot wait to go back.

The beautiful art and serenity of the entire garden was needed by us both and we couldnt be more thankful that weve finally learned of this place. I have already been back twice, 3 times in one month. Of course I only 20 minutes away. We will be going back with all the kids very soon. And I will go just to get a peace of mind probably so often they may tire of me lol
