As far as the Tub, Shower, hand-rails and hardware, I am, so far, VERY PLEASED, and thankful! This was a long time coming to have this work done in our 1978 built home. We have lived here for 29 years. I DO wish that the Edge of the Tub was a bit wider in order to be able to sit on the side of the tub in a towel to dry off. Everything changes though and the way that bath tubs are made is no exception. Also, we were not aware that removing the old tub would leave a few dimples in the dry wall that now need to be filled, that the new tub and shower didn't cover. Before I get to the BEST part of the Review, the thing that really bothered me the most was that the drop cloths that were used to cover our floors during the work had an HORRIBLE smell to them and they appeared to be covered in grease and dirt. Our carpet needs to be cleaned anyway, so I didn't freak out to much but it was just the visual of it and the SMELL was just awful. I was kind of shocked at that and not prepared for it that material that has been used in probably MANY homes was now on the floors of MY home. Prior to the Install, James, the representative and Salesman, came to our home with information on Re-bath. He explained the process and showed us samples of our options to choose from. Shortly after that we drove out to the Show Room. I wanted to actually see if I could lean back in their tubs and I could! They are made with enough slope to really be able to use them as a soaking tub. Unfortunately the color I chose for my Tub is no longer available and it had to be substituted with a whiter color. It doesn't match exactly to the color of the Sub-way Tile on the Surround part of the tub but it's okay. I wanted to keep as much of the Color the same so as to match my Sink Counter Top, as I don't need to replace it. It still looks and works great after all these years and is original to the house, which I find charming. The workers arrived promptly on the day of the install. They worked REALLY HARD all day long and stayed later than normal to finish the job! They repaired a draining issue, which is what started all of this in the first place in needing to have this work done. They took the time to "build-out" part of the wall area so that everything would fit snugly and properly. I really appreciate their hard work. Thank you Joshua and Mike! Unfortunately right after they left at 8 pm, I noticed that the new facet on the tub was leaking a LOT of water. There was something stuck in the pipes somewhere, probably happened during the process and they just didn't know that something was stuck in the pipes, or it could have possibly been a faulty cartridge. The repair man came on Tuesday, after the long Week-end and he was able to clear out the issues and do the repairs. The process was very stressful for me and even though Joshua and Mike did a WONDERFUL job of cleaning things up there is still clean up involved because the process of course, ripping out an old tub and shower and installing a new one is very messy and dusty! Just be prepared for that. Also, be aware that the Caulking and Glue has to have 24 hours to dry, so if you have an Installation, be aware that you can't use your new tub until it's completely dry. I was a little bit disappointed that during the install, I called James with concerns about the wall now having dimples in it that we weren't made aware that it would happen that way and also the tarps on the floor, and he just didn't seem concerned about it. He was GREAT during the consultation, but during the work, not so much. His answers were quick and short and he didn't call us back to check on things like he said he would. Things happen and he was probably very busy. The Install was done on a Friday before a Holiday week-end so that could have been part of the issue too. No hard feelings and after the repairs were made on Tuesday, James did call today, Wednesday, to check on things. All in all I DO Recommend Re-Bath for any new Tub and Shower Install! The people at the Show Room on Breckenridge Lane were courteous when we went out there. It's an every day thing to them though and as new customers there were times I was uncertain as to what I was getting into and the amount of money that it would take to have this done. However, it was necessary and now that part is over with and I am VERY THANKFUL to have a Very Nice Spa Like Experience every time I shower or bathe! read more

Unfortunately, a ZERO rating isn't an option! We went to Home Depot, asked for info on a shower remodel. Received a call, later that day, from a woman, (no, didn't get her name, was at the mall, at the time), with Re-Bath, to schedule an appointment. She asked if I was married, then asked for his name. Twice, she called my husband by an incorrect name, (is Ken too hard to remember?), and twice, she asked when he would be available for the consultation. Twice, I told her he neither needed nor wanted to be present. Amazingly, rudely, and offensively, she informed me I could NOT get a quote WITHOUT him present!!!! What? Seriously? Did the calendar reverse 50+ years?!?!? When I asked if I was single/widowed, was she saying I still couldn't get a quote???? She finally relented, and scheduled the appt., for the following Monday. i called Re-Bath, on Saturday, STRONGLY complained about her offensive, rude, sexist attitude; cancelled the appointment. I then called Home Depot, and, again, strongly complained! That type of behavior/attitude from a man, would have been offensive, enough, but a WOMAN???? Oh- Rebath...where should I start. If I could give it 0 stars I would because 1 star is being too generous. 1. It's overpriced-our job cost 14,000 and unfortunately it was money wasted. 2. The clear silicone chalk is substandard material, as water continued to get underneath it, causing us to have to re-chalk it over and over again. We complained to the company. They even came out and re-chalked...but the mold returned. And even so it feels like we re-chalked it one thousand times more the mold underneath continued to grow. How frustrating! Honestly it needs to be ripped out and renovated again. Dont waste your money or time. Let me save you some frustration. Totally ridiculous...for 14,000! read more

Lowe's subcontracted with ReBath to remove old vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet and mirror. No problem with replacement items. Installer did a poor job. Did not clean up after himself. Left screws on floor. Dirty fingerprints on cabinets. Dust in vanity my drawers. Ripped mirror off wall and did not "fix" drywall. Took out old medicine cabinet and did not "fix" wall around it. Called the person who scheduled the installer and made installer come back to "fix" wall by cabinet, but sloppy job and got "mud" on new cabinets. We had to buy the materials to fix all of this. Don't want the original installer back. Haven't made payment yet. As my husband was "fixing" the wall, discovered nothing was level. The vanity was not against the wall- gaps along the front and back - and the gaps aren't even which led him to check leveling. Sound dried caulk in vanity as well. read more

I do not recommend. Buyer beware is my warning to you. I ended up with a water leak in the plumbing line he hooked up and now I have mold and severe damage to the sub floor. Indeed my bathroom is pretty but it all has to be ripped back out now due to inferior work. This was installed in 2018 and leak found in 2020 in the wall. They are denying any ownership what so ever with this. Also they use cheap commodes and faucets. Cabinets are nice and the shower walls are beautiful but not worth what the cost is for us in the long term with foundation and sub floor problem now. I only give 2 stars one for the walls and one for the cabinet. They are in a hurry to get in and get out. read more

I was in search of a company that could renovate my large master bathroom. I did some online research and saw good reviews for this company. I excitedly waited for my in-home appointment. I had been putting this project on the backburner and could finally get it done. Well I was in for a shock and this was an understatement . The salesman that came out was very unprofessional. Was only in my bathroom for 5 mins. His entire stay was for 10 mins total, most of which was full of snarky comments about "how did a cracker end up with you" - the "cracker" refering to my white husband. Comments regarding my eyes, what was I?- a brain doctor? - stereotyping as I am of Indian descent. Also how we are so young and live in such a neighboorhood- as apparently I live in an affluent area. All this time my husband and I tried to still stay polite and see him to the door. Upon leaving, his comment was - "I am going to grab a drink, if my office calls say that he was helping UA for 30mins or so. Oh did I mention this jerk left his work binder in my bathroom with I found had other customers details, which I disposed of. Till today I have yet to get call from him or his company regarding customer docs. The only talk about the bathroom that took place was he couldn't do my bathroom since they only worked with onyx. Are you kidding me? Why show all the design crap in front of home depot then? This I know was not true. Total waste of our time. Stay away from this trashy company with trashy unprofessional racist hicks as employees. Way to make a great impression. I had coworkers that I would have also reffered. We were so impressed with Cindy the sales lady. She was so open and honest. We only have one bathroom so it was a little stressful just thinking it was going to be difficult. I was so wrong the installers New York Ed and David installed beautifully. They took out the old bath in a snap. Ed re installed or toilet so we could use it. The next morning the walls and tub were in. Oh, so beautiful we have a extra wide tub super nice. I highly recommend RE BATH. If you are thinking of redoing a bathroom do not consider ReBath or Home Depot for advice. I have many reason to support this statement but too lengthy to post. Summary: Now granted some areas were done OK but overall the experience was long term and extremely poor on clean-up on a daily basis or even weekly/monthly (house was totally covered in dust not just the new bathroom. If you like to hire other contractors to finish a job that ReBath should do then go ahead and hire ReBath but for me these guys are totally off my list. I also add Home Depot to Off MY List on recommendations for contractors. read more

Recently we had two bathrooms renovated by Kentucky Re-Bath. The results were simply excellent. Both rooms are prefect and just what we desired. The company made a few suggestions regarding our plans and they enhanced the end result. We had a shower door which refused to fit properly. Kentuckiana Re-Bath returned to refit the door and worked on it until it did. The problem was uneven walls, the company worked until the fit was exactly correct.
