IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I went in for a lash lift and tint a week ago and had an allergic reaction. My eyes were puffy, red, swollen and crusting. I went to urgent care the next day where the doctor prescribed me eye drops. A WEEK later the owner has still failed to answer my multiple phone calls, emails, Instagram messages regarding the incident. There was no skin test done prior to the lift and when I asked the techinician if it should burn she replied "it's fine" and continued. What is worse then the allergic reaction is the fact that the owner/manager/staff has absolutely poor customer service and would not offer me anything for the service that I paid over $100 for. I didn't even get a call back from the owner which was promised to me five days ago. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM. They are rude, unprofessional and obviously do not care about the well being of their customers. read more

Took my 14 year old daughter here for the first time to have her eyebrows shaped and waxed. The salon is very pretty, very clean, and has lovely bright colors as its decor. The staff was friendly and the technician Sam was a nice young lady who worked on my daughters eyebrows. She did a very nice job. We will definitely be back. read more

I came here for an eyebrow wax after seeing their Instagram account. I was not sure who to book with, and maybe there is a particular person who does a great job.. but it wasn't my stylist. I'm not exactly sure how many stars to give for my experience. They are not bad, but I left needing to tweeze underneath my brow and the hair was not cut short enough. It's almost as if I hadn't gone at all. They look fine, so I'm grateful it's not a horror story. But they do not look "bombshell" level and did not meet my expectations. read more

I am very willing to get my brows and pay a pretty penny for them, but I can honestly say they are not worth the price. For starters, they're not warm and welcoming. I felt rushed as they didn't listen to what I wanted. (Reshaped a little in the arch) Add to that, the job was rushed. My brows looked like something I could get for $7 at the nail salon. I did the mink set and they look so natural and full. Ive gotten so many compliments. I really feel confident in all the girls working there. They all do a great job with every service and their very friendly. The salon has a great atmosphere and everyone makes you feel very comfortable. Don't go here for brow Tinting! today (8/14/16) when I went, I sat in the last chair and the lady did not even give me 5 mins for the tint to set. I have been a customer since they first open a couple years ago. Unfortunately the staff are revolving doors. There's literally a new person every week. Fortunately for me when my favorite girl left I was able to find a new girl to replace the one who left. Sam was my last go to girl, I haven't been able to find anyone as good as the other girls. I tried Maxi, she was horrible. For years I got compliments on my eyebrows wherever I went. They are now uneven and have different shapes. Not that trilled about it. Everyone acts like a pre-madonna. Making or cancelling an appointment is difficult, You call one number to make or cancel and they want you to call another one. I did the 3d brow which didnt quite work for me It was a waste of money I should have went on a mini long weekend trip instead. Wow terrible customer service. Never again. I left a cash deposit a few weeks ago in order to make a lash appointment. It was a requirement in order to book an appt. I went today for my lashes and they claim i did not leave a cash deposit and made me pay for the 125 lash set plus the 25 deposit i had left cash. I told them the date i left my deposit and said for them to their camera system which is clearly above the frt desk. The poor sweet girl who did my lashes even called the owner and they told me it was too bad there is no cash record and i would have to pay the deposit again lol unbelievable. I run a business myself and would never treat a customer like that. Especially when i had my friend there with me who left her deposit the same but on a credit card and she also had her lashes done today. So out of the 300 they made off us today that wasn't good enough. I still had to repay the deposit that was already left and clearly stolen by one of their front desk girls. Never again will i go back there. Unfortunate because Bree was very talented. But i will be going back to my lash place on broadway in massapequa. read more

This place is awesome! Got seated right away during a snowstorm. Everyone was very friendly and the place looked classy. The most comfortable brow experience ever- who knew a pillow could do wonders while youre getting your brows done. Valentina did my wax- perfect temperature, no pain, with cute pink wax. The results were great- as if I was going for a night out! I also did the free lip wax since I checked in on yelp which they quickly honored no problem! From the reviews, I thought my eyebrows would look spectacular. But they were subpar at best. For the price I paid for the shaping and tinting, with a discount on top of that, it still was not worth the price. The place is very cute, modern, and stylish. But the customer experience I received overall wasn't that great that would make me want to come back. The one that did my shaping said "hi" and that was it. She wasn't very personable. Didn't even tell me her name. Didn't ask me how I wanted my eye brows. Nothing. That was very awkward. She also cut me with the Tweezer which I was not happy about. The lady that did my tinting made small talk and fixed up my shaping a bit as well. She was very nice. But I don't know if I just came here on the wrong day but it wasn't anything that my regular eyebrow lady couldn't do for 1/4 of the price. Also, the tinting lasted one day. They told me not to scrub hard on my face and it will last. I washed my face that night very lightly and it's almost unnoticeable. One thing i can say is that the waxing was painless. That's about it. Save your money. Go to your regular eyebrow lady and buy some brow tint from Sephora that will give you the same results. read more

They do OK work but their attitudes are enough to make anyone not want to go back. When I got there, I stood at the counter for at least 3 minutes before I had to say to the girl, who was sitting there the whole time and didn't even acknowledge me and kept staring at her computer, "excuse me?" Then she still couldn't pull her eyes off of the computer for a 30 straight seconds and then looks up and goes "yea?" Then the girls do a good job with what you ask them to do but all of them have constant resting bitch face and it is not a good look for them. read more

This is by far the worst eyebrow place I have been to in my life. I always pass this place and wonder why it always looks empty and now I know why. Walked in there the place is beautiful and they advertise eyebrows so I thought I was coming there to get my eyebrows professionally shaped. I showed her a picture of how I wanted them and she said sure no problem. The technician starts tweezing my eyebrows which hurt like hell. Then she starts slapping on wax and waxing away. After that, she takes a eyebrow pencil and starts shading my eyebrows like a 2 year old shading in their coloring book. I looked in the mirror and wanted to vomit. You know the crisp finish look of eyebrows when they are done? Well it didn't even look like i got my eyebrows done. There was no shape at all, there was no definition, eyebrows were uneven, they gave me a crazy arch on my right eyebrow that I never asked for. Needless to say I was livid. They tried to bring another technician to fix it and she didn't know what she was doing either. What really surprised me is that they didn't think anything was wrong with it nor did they care. I have been getting my eyebrows done for years and people are always complimenting me on them. This place is tragic and I regret ever walking in there. The shape of my eyebrows are ruined and everyday I have to try and even out my eyebrows and hide the crazy arch they made with a pencil just patiently waiting for them to grow out. I think they should call themselves bomb tattoo eyebrows or bombshell lashes because they for sure don't know what do if you have natural nice eyebrows already. Your eyebrows are not to played with. Save yourself heartache and time and go somewhere else. *** UPDATE This is the absolute most unprofessional place ever. They are trying to state this review is fake when they know very well that it is very real. They may have been voted whatever they were voted but off of my experience they are the worst on LI. A day after leaving this review I get a message on Yelp from someone named Michaela L from East Meadow who uploaded a pic from bombshell brows stating "YOUR Ghetto!!! I wish you would. Low life. Get a job..ghetto trashbag!!!" Now Im a ghetto low life for leaving my experience at the store. If their staff can talk to customers like this just imagine leaving your eyebrows in their hands. This place is literally the worst. I had been coming to this place since it opened maybe last year and yesterday I had a horrible experience. I sat down for my usual eyebrow wax and the girl who was doing my eyebrows suggested eyebrow tinting. Not knowing what it was, I asked what it was. She said it would make my "eyebrows look more defined". She never said once it would make my eyebrows darker than my actual hair color. She then proceeded to tell me she could tint my lashes too, I said no thank you. She then laughed in my face and said "why?are you scared?" That flat out made me uncomfortable. Once she was all done waxing and tinting, she gave me the mirror and I knew automatically my eyebrows were not natural. She also never informed me that tinting cost extra. This place is not cheap to begin with. It is $18 for waxing and $15 for tinting. I was extremely unhappy. My eyebrows the next day looked a lot darker than they did when I first got it, so I went back the next morning and wanted to get them fixed. They were nothing but unhelpful and refused to fix my eyebrows, only kept saying "well I think they look beautiful". I told them I was unhappy with them and that they didn't and they still refused to help me. When I drove off, all the ladies who worked there were standing and laughing hysterically. To say the least, I will not be going back. They are extremely unprofessional and certainly made a frequent client very upset and uncomfortable. read more
