Laney was the groomer and I think she did a really great job. I'll be back. Also, I like that they do not put the dogs in cages. Lulu doesn't like that.

This…read morewas his first time being groomed by anyone other than family, and since he's naturally very anxious and nervous, I was honestly a little worried. But the staff immediately put both of us at ease. Everyone there was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and so informative about the process. You can really tell they're educated and passionate about what they do. What stood out to me the most was how gentle, patient, and caring they were with my pug. They took the time to make sure he felt comfortable, which meant the world to me. They did an amazing job with his grooming he got a full bath, his ears were cleaned, his teeth were brushed, and his nails were clipped. They clearly use high-quality products because he left smelling absolutely amazing and looking so fresh and handsome! The overall quality of service was outstanding from start to finish. They even took a picture of him and sent it to me. That's just a one above and beyond service. My little guy walked out happy, relaxed, and wagging his curly little tail, which says everything about how well he was treated. I'm so grateful for the care they gave him and will definitely be coming back again. I highly recommend Pawfect Time to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and loving place to take their pets for grooming! Thank you Pawfect Time will definitely be back soon!

When someone pays 20 dollars for a nail trim they expect you to round the nails as far as you can, not just take the sharp points off. She came back out and said she was not able to get the dewclaw because he was squirming. I am not paying you 20 bucks to do half of a job. In feeling my dogs nails, someone of them are curling which means she missed a couple. Very unprofessional. This doesn't seem like a real groomer, just a sideline and not really knowing what they are doing. I won't be back.

Thank you so much to the whole team for such an easy, seamless booking and appointment process. I had originally heard about Wonder Washers through a neighbor in our community. I was able to text the main Wonder Washers phone number (available on their business vans and online) and received a response in less than 3 business days. For context, I tried to be as detailed as possible in my message to help them understand what my pup needed and included some photos of previous haircuts that have worked for him. The team was so communicative and responded in a reasonable amount of time. I was so thankful that they monitor a text phone number as that is the easiest form of communication for our household. They were able to get my pup, Ollie, scheduled during my preferred date range. (Please note that this was a few weeks out! I would never expect them to be able to do something last minute since I can imagine they are popular and in demand!) And they provided me with an estimated appointment time and were very clear that their groomer could arrive +/- an hour before or after arrival time. Totally reasonable given the nature of their job and the fact that they drive from city to city. Carly called me about 5-10 minutes before she was set to arrive. Then, she texted me once she had parked so I could bring Ollie out to her. SUPER thankful for her kindness and willingness to send the quick text as we work from home and were able to keep the other dogs from getting worked up over a door bell/knock. Ollie is a pretty shy and nervous pup, but he seemed significantly less scared during the handoff since there was not the additional stress of other dogs and no cages he had to wait in! Carly was able to get him in and out in less than an hour. My husband and I were both so impressed! Again, for context, he is a small poodle mix (~16 pounds) and we keep him regularly groomed. It is my understanding that he is also pretty easy to work with and lets a groomer move him around as needed. Would never want to set the expectation that this is the norm for all dogs in all situations, but this was our experience and it was SUCH a nice change compared to the 3-4 hours that it can take when dropping him off at a traditional groomer. I was able to pay directly with Carly using mobile pay and my card. They offer the ability to schedule the next appointment there in person or -- if you need to review your schedule -- then you can also reach back out to their number for your pup's next appointment. Super convenient! I had been wanting to try a local mobile groomer for a while and am so happy that I did. Thank you guys again! TLDR: Carly and the Wonder Washers team were incredible and we are so appreciative for Ollie's amazing cut!
