Complete bait-and-switch and terrible communication…read more Poop 911 advertises the first service as free -- it is not. I waited all day with no communication. I called the office three times just trying to get an estimated arrival time and never got an answer. Funny enough, they had no problem calling me immediately to say the service would be over $100 because we have rocks, something that was never disclosed upfront. Weekly service is advertised around $20, so this feels like a clear bait-and-switch. I refused service. They wasted my entire day and were completely unprofessional. Proceed with caution.
