History
Established in 2025.
Bombardier Barn began as a simple idea in our little corner of Berlin, Connecticut. We share what we grow, bake, and create with our neighbors in the most honest way possible.
What started as a small table of extra garden veggies slowly grew into a true honor‑system farmstand and cottage micro‑bakery, built on trust with and community.
I hope and pray my Bombardier Barn farm stand becomes a place where people stop not just for fresh produce, jams, baked goods, but for the feeling of stepping into something genuine.
Every item is made in small batches right from our home kitchen, following Connecticut Cottage Food guidelines, and every recipe is tested, tweaked, and perfected with care.
The honor system is at the heart of who we are. Customers choose what they’d like, pay in the drop box or via QR code, and go on their way — no pressure, no rush, just a friendly neighborhood exchange.
It’s old‑fashioned in the best way, and it’s created a loyal community that feels like family.
Meet the Business Owner: Brittany C.
Hi there! My name is Brittany Class, the owner and creator behind my Bombardier Barn Farm Stand. My life is a blend of caring for others, raising my family, and honoring the deep agricultural roots I come from. I’m an occupational therapist assistant, a proud mother of twin boys, and a loving wife — roles that shape everything I do and everything I create.
My story starts long before I opened my honor‑system farmstand. My family originally came from Canada, where the very first Bombardier Barn was built. That barn — and everything it represented — became the heart of my family’s identity.
Today, I make small‑batch baked goods and grow flowers and veggies right from my home kitchen under Connecticut Cottage Food guidelines. I stock my stand with the same intention my ancestors poured into their farm generations ago.
The honor‑system model reflects what I believe in trust, community, and the beauty of neighborly connection.
