However, depending on the day (or who's working), I've been given completely different answers when asking for white cheese. Some visits, they've added white cheese without any issue. Other times, I've been told they "can't deviate from the menu." That would make sense if the menu actually specified a type of cheese--but it doesn't. If the menu is meant to be strict, then it should be clear and consistent. I'm not asking for a custom creation--just clarity and consistency. Either specify the type of cheese on the menu or allow a reasonable choice if it's not defined. Right now, it feels arbitrary, and that makes the experience disappointing.

The employees behind the hot bar were very helpful. I ordered kielbasa, two types of pierogis- sauerkraut & mushroom and cheese & potato, golumkis (stuffed cabbage), pork tenderloins, a tray of mixed vegetables, and cooked sauerkraut. I arrived the next day at the time planned and picked up all the items without any problems. I also grabbed a loaf of fresh rye bread and a box of assorted cookies/pastries.
