10/5. Truly couldn't have asked for better roadside assistance. Not only did Mark do everything in his power to try to get my car started but he was also very compassionate and kind. Mark went out of his way to try every viable option and even assisted me in finding other solutions to my issue. In the end I had to get the car towed the next day but Mark kept up with me to make sure everything was okay. He helped me out twice and didn't charge me once. Mark is a good and honest man. I couldn't praise him more. Even if you're not having car trouble, honestly, pay this man for an hour and it'll feel like you're talking to one of your friends. Very kind, thank you so much Mark! read more

Bomarito Roadside Services - Towing Near Me - Monterey, California

I called for assistance because we needed a tow truck. I got a gentleman who answered my call whom I wish I got the name of & assisted me. He had no tow truck available at that moment but asked what had happened and he assisted me by calling other tow truck drivers to help us asap. With a newborn in the car, we really needed assistance right away. I wish we had given him our business because he was so helpful. I would highly recommend this business. read more

I have used my roadside assistance twice to call for a jump start. Both time Mark Bomarito was the provider. He was prompt, helpful and got my van started both times. I was unsure the first time if I had somehow managed to leave a light on but now that this has happened twice in 4 months I suspect a parasitic power drain on my battery. My van is due for service soon and Mark helped with the the verbiage I should use at the dealer to (hopefully) get this problem resolved. I now have his number in my contacts so I can call directly whenever I or someone I am with needs help. Lola, his dog, is adorable and joins him on his calls. read more

Best Service Ever! I Called and They Were Super Helpful & Got To Me So Fast. I Definitely Recommend Them For All Your Towing Needs!

He responded to our service call right away and was helpful. Explained some things as well which I appreciated. He used a torque wrench when placing my spare tire on my car. Apparently a lot of places don't use those. The wrench adjusts to a specific amount of torque and when used it will be at that measurement. Nice to see his sidekick Lola too! Overall great experience. Highly recommend. read more

While vacationing in Monterey recently I inadvertently locked the keys to my car inside the vehicle. Within 10 minutes of making a call to Bomarito Roadside Assistance I received a call from Mark Bomarito the owner. We briefly discussed my issue and Mark was on his way to help. He arrived 20 minutes later and within 90 seconds had the door opened. But Mark didn't stop with merely opening the car door. He actively helped me look for the keys. Some how the keys had gotten wedged between the drivers seat and the center console and he was the one that found them. I couldn't have been more happy with Marks personal and professional demeanor. I would definitely recommend his company to others in need of roadside assistance knowing that you'll be treated with respect and receive great value in your time of need! Thank you very much Mark. read more

Car broke down in Big Sur far away from cell service and civilization. Mark brought his tow truck out on a Saturday afternoon and took us to a mechanic in #monterey. ThAts a long way. Well, The car started after coming off the flatbed so we didn't need to leave it at his suggested mechanic overnight. He definitely saved our bacon though. Not only that but he called us 1/2 hour later to make sure we were all good on our drive home! Bonus; We got to meet his cute little dog: Lola in the cabin of his truck. She had a calming affect on this worrisome situation read more

Mark was an amazing help! Super nice funny guy! Highly recommend him if you ever need help getting into your vehicle!

This is a late yelp review and I apologize Mark Mark is a fantastic guy. He is very helpful when me and my wife got stuck in 17mile drive. Our battery died and when we called him he showed up very quick and with Lola. We found out that the battery needed jump. So he jumped it and we was on our way. Later on we parked at a rest stop to take picture of the scenery. Knowing the problem of the car we didn't turnoff the car and let it run. 5mins when we came back the car is off and couldn't be turn back on. So we called mark again and he jumped our car again without charging us the 2nd time. He also suggested to get our alternator check and he brought us to one his friends a local alternator shop (Alternator Starter Exchange: Kevin) and since it was a Sunday it was closed. We have to wait the following day. Mark then went through the trouble to take us to the airport and to get a rental car. He waited until we got our rental car. Mark is hero. A life saver. And We're so thankful for him. Lola also help us calm down and she was so chill and playful. Bonus part with Lola is when she nibbled on your beard. read more

Absolute best service I have ever had, I will not call anyone else from now on. We had a dead battery that wouldn't take a jump, I called to ask for a tow and Mark said he thought he might be able to jump it in place and save me the tow. He made it to the house in less than 15 minutes and got the car to start. A few hours later, when the car failed to start again, he met me downtown in less than 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem as a failed battery, removed my battery, waited while I ran to get a new one, and installed it at no additional cost. Car is working perfectly now and I have Mark to thank. Any other place would have charged me triple what he did. Thanks Mark! read more

At 6pm my car all of a sudden wouldn't start in my driveway and I called to get it towed to the dealership the next morning. He said it was likely just my battery and he'd be happy to stop by to jump it for me. He arrived in 15 mins and resolved the issue immediately (in fact my engine was flooded) and he only charged $50. Service was fast, easy and affordable and I'm so grateful I didn't actually need a tow or any other costly car repairs. Highly recommend!!! read more

HIGHLY recommend this business. The owner came out to look at my car within 15 minutes. He jumped my car and I was able to bring it into the shop. Super fast response. Professional. Knows what he's doing. Doesn't give the impression that he thinks women are stupid about cars *or* a creeper. Friendly but not annoying to an introvert (important). This guy rocks! My insurance, State Farm, contracts with him for roadside assistance. After 20+ years of AAA (and plenty of calls over those years), this was by far the best experience I've had. I would definitely recommend him to others. read more
