I have used my roadside assistance twice to call for a jump start. Both time Mark Bomarito was the provider. He was prompt, helpful and got my van started both times. I was unsure the first time if I had somehow managed to leave a light on but now that this has happened twice in 4 months I suspect a parasitic power drain on my battery. My van is due for service soon and Mark helped with the the verbiage I should use at the dealer to (hopefully) get this problem resolved. This is a late yelp review and I apologize Mark Mark is a fantastic guy. He is very helpful when me and my wife got stuck in 17mile drive. Our battery died and when we called him he showed up very quick and with Lola. We found out that the battery needed jump. So he jumped it and we was on our way. Later on we parked at a rest stop to take picture of the scenery. Knowing the problem of the car we didn't turnoff the car and let it run. 5mins when we came back the car is off and couldn't be turn back on. So we called mark again and he jumped our car again without charging us the 2nd time. He also suggested to get our alternator check and he brought us to one his friends a local alternator shop (Alternator Starter Exchange: Kevin) and since it was a Sunday it was closed. We have to wait the following day. Mark then went through the trouble to take us to the airport and to get a rental car. He waited until we got our rental car. Mark is hero. A life saver. Absolute best service I have ever had, I will not call anyone else from now on. We had a dead battery that wouldn't take a jump, I called to ask for a tow and Mark said he thought he might be able to jump it in place and save me the tow. He made it to the house in less than 15 minutes and got the car to start. A few hours later, when the car failed to start again, he met me downtown in less than 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem as a failed battery, removed my battery, waited while I ran to get a new one, and installed it at no additional cost. At 6pm my car all of a sudden wouldn't start in my driveway and I called to get it towed to the dealership the next morning.
