Outstanding Service -- Professional, Honest, and Dependable! I cannot say enough good things about Aguilar Tire Service and the outstanding service they provided to our family. Last night, my pregnant niece was stranded in the Pacific Grove area with a rear tire that was slowly losing air after picking up what we initially believed was one large nail. She needed to make the long drive back home to Sacramento, so our biggest concern was getting the tire properly repaired and making sure she could safely make the trip. We contacted Aguilar Tire Service, and the gentleman who answered the phone was professional, courteous, and immediately willing to help. He quoted us $100 to respond and professionally repair the tire, and he did exactly what he said he would do. My niece was able to make it to Castroville, where he met her exactly when he said he would be there. After inspecting the tire, he discovered that there were actually two large nails, not just one. He professionally repaired both punctures, made sure the tire was safe, and got her back on the road for the drive to Sacramento. What impressed me even more was that he did not charge her anything additional for repairing the second puncture. He honored the price he originally quoted us. That kind of honesty and integrity is becoming increasingly difficult to find. As a retired Police Sergeant, I also truly appreciated that he arranged to meet my pregnant niece in a safe location and handled the entire situation professionally. When you have a family member stranded away from home at night, especially a pregnant young woman who still has a long drive ahead of her, knowing that a dependable and trustworthy person is responding means a great deal. Aguilar Tire Service did exactly what they promised, arrived exactly when they said they would, charged exactly what they quoted, and made sure my niece was safe before sending her on her way. That is what outstanding customer service looks like. I would highly recommend Aguilar Tire Service to anyone needing roadside tire assistance in the area. Professional, dependable, honest, and genuinely concerned about getting their customer safely back on the road. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you for taking care of our family when we needed it! read more

I was headed home from the bay area to Los Angeles pretty late in the evening and after about 100 miles, my tire pressure signaled that it was low. Stopped by Monterey area and believed my tire pressure was low from a nail which was patched but not removed by my dealership earlier this year. Bought some tools at AutoZone which didn't help. I was on my way to the freeway when a group of geese stopped right in front of my car and forced me to pull into the gas station. Again, I struggled to use the gas station's air pump and it was getting dark so I was feeling hopeless. I got back in my car and when I looked up, I saw Aguilar's truck and it was like a blessing from the universe. He got rid of the nail which the dealership quoted me a lot of money for, only to find that the nail did not pierce anything. He filled up all of my tires with air which were all low and charged me a very low and reasonable price. I was able to get home safely because of him. Highly recommend!!!! read more

I didn't end up engaging their services, but they were great to deal with. I bumped a tire while driving in the Monterey area and tore the outer lip on it. We called Aguilar Tire Service for advice. They answered right away and were very helpful. They asked for photos of the damage and advised us on the damage. They offered to find the tires for us and have them delivered within 3 days. Since it was a holiday weekend and the tire was still holding air, we decided to order tires online for direct delivery instead. But they were super professional. Quick to answer, quick to text back. They were happy to help us with advice on a holiday weekend, which was very much appreciated. read more

I didn't use their service but I still had a consumer encounter. I called for roadside assistance and while waiting, another tow truck drove by and helped with my flat tire. Aguilar texted at that time asking for clarification on my location. I apologized and said it was bring serviced. I expected a "wasting my time" response or no response at all. Instead the response was "Perfect thank you anything let me know". Aguilar Tire Service - Tires Near Me

Went down to Big Sur and Carmel for the weekend. Tire light came on while driving on Hwy 1. Put on my spare, found sidewall leak. Could not find any tire shops open Sunday that had a tire for Honda fit. Called and they also told me they didn't have the tire in stock but had something a little wider that would fit. Didn't want to drive back to the bay on a spare. Met up with his technician at a parking and they put the tire, checked tire pressure in other tires and I was on my way. Very efficient and convenient. read more

I've used Aguilar twice in the last few months. Super responsive, nice, and honest. My tire pressure read low and I could see a nail in the tire. Aguilar was super honest and told me the nail had not punctured the tire, so it wasn't leaking, just low pressure. He did the soap bubble test and showed me. Refilled all the tires to the right pressure and all good. Second time was on a Sunday night, and he came out to fix my tire early Monday morning and finished in time so I could get to my kid to school on time. read more

Mr. Aguilar is a life saver!!Thanksgiving morning decided to leave out of town to avoid getting stuck in traffic. Didn't make it out of prunedale when we blew our front tire. Pulled into 76 and noticed the tire was flat. Don't have AAA so we Yelped 24/7 roadside assistance hoping to find someone available. Saw Aguilar Tire Service and had 5 Star rating. Couldn't go wrong calling him. He took our call and had us text him pics of tire and location. Not sure if the tire would require a patch or a whole new tire, Mr. Aguilar said he would take one in case we needed it. Slight confusion finding our location but once he got to us and began to fix it, he was able to patch it and put air in the rest of the tires in less than 30 minutes. His fee was very reasonable. Gave him a little extra for being a holiday and taking time away from his family. My family thanks you for helping us out and getting us back on the road in time for Thanksgiving dinner Highly recommend!!! read more
