Realty One Group Unlimited - The Relator Laurie M. Kreider Who Scammed Me Out Of $500.00 Cash

Realty One Group Unlimited

(1 review)

BEWARE! I'm A Disabled Person Who Was Scammed Out Of $500.00 Cash By Realty One Group Unlimited and…read moreOne Of Its Relators Laurie M. Kreider. I've Been Lied To and Then Set Up. Their Relator KEPT Pressuring Me To Get My House On The Market Saying That I Was Going To Lose The Property I Wanted So Badly To Buy From Her Agency If I Didn't Get MY Home SOLD ASAP. I Was So Upset and Afraid I'd Lose The Home I Wanted So Much. Their Relator Laurie M. Kreider Used That Fear To Coerce Me Into Hiring One Of Their Contractors To Get My Home Ready For Sale. Their Relator Laurie M. Kreider Assured Me Numerous Times Their Contractor Was Honest and Would Help Me Out In My Time Of Need. She Kept Saying, "JJ You Can Trust Me, This Guy Is A Good Guy He Will Help You. He Does Good Work and He's Honest and You Can Trust Him. He Will Never Do You Wrong, Trust Me." Once I Paid Their Contractor The $500.00 Cash After Only 90 Minutes Of Work He Walked Off The Job and Refused To Return My Money. Their Contractor Also Damaged My Carpets With Paint. The Relator Laurie M. Kreider and The Owner Of Realty One Group Unlimited Gregory Bardell Have NEVER Returned Any Calls, Texts Or Emails About My $500.00 Never Being Returned To Me. This Company is A Complete Ripoff. BEWARE They Will Lie To You To Get What They Want. The Owner Is A Coward Who Refuses To Speak To Me LIKE A Man. He Hides Instead. DO NOT EVER Hire This Company They Will SCAM You And Run Away. They Are Not Trustworthy and Take Advantage Of People When They Are Vulnerable. The Relator Laurie M. Kreider Spent Our First In Person Meeting At Their Property Talking About Her Brother's Suicide, Her Sexual Abusive Life and Her Father's Death For Close To An Hour With Me. I Felt VERY Sad For Her And I'm SURE It's What She Wanted So My Guard Would Be Down When She Would Set Me Up Later To Steal My $500.00. BEWARE and STAY AWAY Complete Crooks! I HAVE Proof Of EVERYTHING If ANYONE Needs It.

Leabrook Flowers - employee

Leabrook Flowers

Came across a sign advertising 50% off all plants on State Rd a few weeks back. As a plant momma…read moreI'm always on the lookout for different varieties to add to my collection. Leabrook Farms is a place I could see from 283 but never really knew how to get there to access it. It's a few miles off State Rd., on Leabrook Rd, and you can't miss it. A storm was brewing that day when I arrived so I didn't spend as much time as I would have liked. Every plant was 50% off, even ones already on sale were not excluded from the sale. They had annuals, perennials, succulents, houseplants, and arrangements. I was in awe. Tables and tables of plants in good condition, small and large + a few greenhouses. I filled a wagon and had I had a larger vehicle would have gotten more. Some of my favorite scores were the succulents, a decent size, all $1 and some change after the discount. I also scored a massive mostera plant for less than $10 that at Lowes for that size sells for $64. In hindsight I wish I would have bought them all for resale and made a few bucks. While many of the plants were labeled, there were many more that were not. Since I'm looking more for low light houseplants, a label identifying the plant and care instructions would have been helpful for many of the items I bought. The plain (Mennonite) employee there said they came from an auction and she didn't have any information. Also some of the prearranged plants in ceramic containers had chips, and or appeared to be used, like they picked them up at a thrift store. Not that I'm opposed to that, but some weren't in the best of shape. I made it out right before the storm, barely, with a car full of plants in tow. I would visit them again even at full price, but most definitely at their 50% sale. Since they are plain owned and operated no Sunday hours.

The kitty there is to die for, the absolute sweetest and good prices I will be returning:)read more
