Reading reviews that range from horrible to wonderful, I suggest prospective shoppers formulate their own opinions. I personally find this shop interesting. I suspected, based on the area, there would be old and unique furnishings. And there is. I've recently downsized but if I was in the market for a hoosier -- there are at least four with flour mills -- or display pieces for my pottery, this would be the place. Prices vary, and logically are set by individual vendors. I saw two 1950s formica tables, both with chairs. One was $175, a very good price (in my estimation.) The other, pictured below, a fair amount more. There are three floors of merchandise. As said, a lot of furniture. What piqued my interest in the basement is a huge piece of stained glass. (Actually, I don't think it's glass, but it's old and looks like glass.) Originally priced at $400, on sale for $200. A person or business with just the right spot will get a deal. Anyway, if you're in the area and you like this kind of stuff, stop by. It can't hurt! read more

We LOVED this store and all of the great finds in it! I fell in love with an old typewriter and Steinway. There was a wall of gorgeous cutting boards - that just couldn't haven been antiques. Maybe a local artist? The employee /owner? was a really cool / nice guy. Great music playing too. read more

Not necessarily looking for anything in particular, but more out of curiosity. Old Mill was probably my second favorite* store out of the four that we visited throughout the area. They had the typical Antique Mall setup that I've seen, with three separate floors full of misc stuff from various dealers. The one thing that really separated Old Mill from the others was they probably had more furniture than all the other three combined. In fact, their bottom floor was entirely furniture. They had quality merchandise and it was well laid out. The lady working the front was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. Highly recommended to check out while antiquing in Amish country. *I'd tell you my favorite but Yelp would pull my review. However, I will say my favorite was right next door to this one... *hint hint* read more

Wow! This was the coolest antique store I have ever experienced. I could spend all day here! The building alone was stunning. The history of the building, original brick walls, and wood flooring are dreamy. They have a significant amount of furniture, which is exactly what I was looking for... if only they offered delivery outside of the state. I highly recommend! read more

This place is a neat spot. They have a lot of awesome stuff, unique furniture and decor from around the world and from different times. Most of it is extremely overpriced. Saw some plastic egg things that were priced at $10 when they should have been 50¢. There was a lot of that kind of silly stuff there. Some items were priced fairly. They had very cool antique dining sets that were priced at 1k and they were definitely worth it for the details that they had. In the basement they had things like benches and small end tables, old chairs, most cracking and damaged and dirty priced around $70 to $90 which I find ridiculous. This is the first time I go to a shop like this and walk out with absolutely nothing. I don't think I would want to come here again considering I can find most of the stuff they had in this store on Facebook marketplace for 1/2 to 1/4 of the prices this shop has their things set at. Hopefully they get it together. read more

Unfortunately had no choice to give it 1 star, I would give it zero stars. The lady which I found out was the owner was a nasty person. Come to find out its the 3 Rd customer she was nasty too. Her pieces are fake replicas. Buyers beware don't shop here. Very unpleasant woman.needs a lesson in customer service. I posted on her Fb page and she took it down. Am not sure, but I think that Melanie D. maybe confusing her "ordeal" with another store. I have known the woman she is referring too for almost a year and can't say enough great things about her, her husband AND the store. They are extremely pleasant and go out of her way to help you. And being an antique person myself, I know of no fakes that she refers too. Being a co-op, MAYBE some dealers will have reproductions (which are usually marked as such) but they do not. You don't have to take my word for it, I'm sure that there will be others that will post positive reviews also. Buyers beware and DO shop there! You will find quality antiques at very good prices with outstanding customer service. read more

I have shopped here many times, and love this shop. I have never once been treated unkindly and always found the staff friendly and easy to work with. Prices are great and the pieces are wonderful antiques, no fakes. (Regardless of that other comment- untrue). Love the huge assortment of furniture of various periods and styles. Also lots of smalls. I have multiple pieces in my home are yard from this shop. Truly a fun place to spend an afternoon in... If only I was closer! read more

We bought a historic home in Strasburg two years ago and every room in the house has something bought at Old Mill Antiques. We've shopped at lots of antique stores to furnish the house and Old Mill is, without question, the best place to go. The owners, Ross and Michelle, are unfailingly friendly, courteous and helpful. They have never, ever misrepresented their merchandise in any way. We live between NC and PA and the first thing we do when returning to the area is visit their store. The prices are very reasonable - a rarity among antique dealers. They always, always have new and wonderful items because there is a constant turnover of merchandise. That alone speaks volumes about their customer service and pricing. I, too, think Melanie D. has this store confused with another. We have to give Old Mill Antiques 5 stars! They are great people to do business with! We have purchased several pieces of furniture at great prices over the last several months. Plus we appreciate the help they give us in loading the furniture in our cargo trailer. If you are traveling to Lancaster/Strasburg area be sure to make this antique store a must stop. Outstanding antiques store. A huge selection of genuine vintage and antique objects, at reasonable prices. Subscribe to their excellent Facebook page, where they regularly post new items. We go out of our way to stop there whenever we are in the Lancaster area. Lots of other fun things to do nearby in Strasburg, including a working steam railroad and wonderful railroad museum just down the street. read more
