My Husband tightened it with his fingers, but it needed just a final turn with a wrench. I brightened when I saw Bike Stuff as I was certain we could pop in and someone could easily just tighten that one screw on a training wheel. We walked in and my Husband politely asked and was sternly rebuffed. This person was extremely busy and we would have to make an appointment. SERIOUSLY? You cannot be kind and take 30 seconds to make a little boys day? I even had my wallet in hand prepared to tip $20. Both my Husband and myself have bikes we have been looking to have serviced. We didn't want to have to drive to Nevada City, and Bike Stuff is right around the corner from us. HARD PASS. The gruff attitude and the "too busy" to tighten a screw is not the type of business we look to support. A little kindness would have secured customers for life.
