The stylist also using binding paste in my hair which isn't appropriate for Caucasian hair which I spoke to during application and was told "I've been doing hair for 20 years trust me". Weave was sewn too tight and it hurt to sleep on my head. This salon was dirty, the needle she was using to sew my weave also fell on the floor numerous time and continued to use the needle. I have a friend send these photos and a request to refund to her with no response; so maybe a public review will help her to acknowledge the pain and damage she caused me. I am devastated and spent the week crying in pain not hearing back from texts sent to have it removed and receive a refund. I had to pay to get to get it removed! Pretty brutal service. My goal is to allow my hair to grow (which is working) and not color it whilst with the extensions. I gave it a rest for a few days and she cleaned my high end extensions and then re-taped them in a super comfortable and excellent manner. I can't recommend Chelsea enough for extensions. She truly knows her field and is highly professional - and honest:)

I said that I could look around and I would ask her questions if needed. She asked what I was looking for and what price point. When I told her between $200 - $400 she said that wigs started at $1500. I pointed to a wig and asked how much that one was and she said $200. Bizarre. Anyhow she did help me try on a few wigs and did try to help me after she realized I wasn't leaving right away but it really seemed that she didn't want me there.
