I honestly don't know what some of the negative reviews are talking about because the service has consistently been excellent for me. I recently brought my Tesla Model 3 in, and they had about four people working on it. They cleaned it inside and out, and my car looked amazing when they finished. The entire process took around 10-15 minutes, which was impressive considering the quality of the work. I paid $47 for the wash and was so pleased with the service that I tipped the team. I've taken my Bimmer to the Tara Boulevard location in Lovejoy, GA every time I need to wash it. I have encountered nothing but excellent customer service from the people on the ground, I've experienced no mechanical issues with the machine except for the one time a vacuum hose was clogged at the vacuum station that I chose to use. Ladies and gentlemen, that was a minor inconvenience because I was able to dislodge the clog myself. I am sure that some of you would give a one star review based on that incident alone. Vacuum hoses at a car washe get clogged every once in a while because some people out there are some nasty, dirty people with your cars and let stuff grow in there for months before we take it out. Still, It's part of the nature of the carwash business When you have people using your equipment without supervision and they don't care because it's not theirs. There was only one other time when I had to engage in employee there after I purchased my membership. It was the third month Into my experience with this particular company and I went to wash my car, my membership tag was scanned automatically and it did not open the gate. I was mildly frustrated but before I could even get angry young man came out from the office and asked me what the problem was. He check something and said that my payment hit that come through for that month or two days before. I pulled up my bank statement online and show him where he had gone through two days before. He promptly apologized And made it all good for me with a smile on his face. To me, this is one of the best car washes you can get for the price. The only thing I wish they had there was a detailing service because my car is 15 years old and need to get interior scrubbing. My business to Mister Car Wash then any place else for that service but I guess I will have to go to another place. That's the reason for four stars instead of five :-).
