Come in minute car wash. Do a better job. Basic wiping of dash and vacuum would be great. When I asked them to redo the vacuum, they did. However once I got in the car to leave the windows were not clean. I went inside and told them about the windows and the owner walked in and said "what is wrong this time"! Really! As I was leaving, another customer says that they never vacuum her car right but she doesn't say anything. I haven't either in the time I have been there hurts time I couldn't hold back. A superior wash at a more reasonable price than the drive-through places. Highly recommended. My white car sparkled! They even got off the old and dried pollen streaks that had been on the roof of the car since Spring. I am surprised at the negative reviews here. Maybe they have a new owner or new management. I wish I had looked at Yelp before taking my vehicle to this car wash! First, the wait was extremely long. There were 4 cars ahead of me and it took at least 30 minutes to reach the attendant. When they finished my car they started working on another car. I had no idea my car was ready. No wave, no your ready! Nothing! After a few minutes passed I walked over and asked. They added Armorall to the dash, doors, and steering wheel. It looks awful. There are armorall hand prints on my seats and speakers. I am now in the process of trying to get it off! I like a matte finish! This was the worst car wash experience I have had and will never return. Beware! read more

* So I drive a 2021 highlander and I wanted to get it detailed. So I brought it to minit car wash. Well the next morning I got into my car and it smelt awful like something was dead. I pull over to find out my floor boards were soaked along with my floor mats. I called the manager and told him and he was denying they did it saying they hang the floor mats up that it was impossible they did this. I've never seen a manager handle a situation as poorly as he did. I had to take the car and have the floor boards shampooed and had to replace my floor mats. I will never go back and a lot of my friends won't either because I let them know what happened. read more

Paid $38 dollars, walked out to my car while they were drying it and the entire back of the SUV was so dirty, like it hadn't even been ran through the washer. I brought it their attention and they girl just said Oh I sorry, sprayed something on the back and wiped it with a rag. I also asked if they would give the wheel an extra wipe so that the stuff they sprayed on them wouldn't fly back on my car, instead they put more on them. God in the car and it looked like they took a towel and just drug it across everything, still crumbs and dust every where. I said once before I wouldn't go back, but was pressed for time so I gave them another chance. NO MORE I AM DONE WITH THIS LAZY GROUP OF ILLEGALS. read more

For $25 I could have done a better job myself!!! I still had crumbs all over my back seat once I left and got home and also had to go over and whip everything down after them! And I will also have to go over what they didn't vacuum up! I understand it's a quick in and out place but this is ridiculous. Won't be back ever! read more

After waiting in line for 20 minutes i ended up with 3 long scratches on my car. Two in my paint and one across the screen of my radio display. Then mo reply from anyone when complaibt is made First and last trip to this car wash. read more

Terrible customer service! I've been here quite a few times & I have had no issues. My grandmother passed away a few months ago & I keep a flower from her funeral taped to my dash. One of the ladies disregarded it & broke it pieces. No one said anything until I noticed before I drove away. I spoke to the assistant manager in tears explaining the sentimental value of the flower that was destroyed. All he said was he was sorry but he couldn't do anything to compensate me. Terrible! This place does a decent job. I went on a Saturday and the wait was way too long and many people were actually getting out of the line. They apparently received an aware in 2015, I believe, for being out of the best in the car washing business, and I believe it, but that is contingent upon the days you go, I believe. They do all full service with a variety of different car washing options, vacuum, and polish, but you have to drive up, get out of your car, and wait for the attendant before your car will be serviced. I suspect they need to change the way they have customers wait because they could potentially lose business. I waiting for 20 minutes in the line before my car was actually seen. They provide hand air fresheners instead of sprays, which I don't believe work quite that well. The cleaners were thorough but displaced the Mercedes Benz chrome emblem on my car's hood, which I think shows a lack of consideration. They did not replace it and I had to do that. The interior polish is very oily, which I was not a fan off, and it makes steering the car somewhat difficult. The car was clean as a whistle but with reservations. It's decent at most, and prices can range from 7-8 dollar up to about 30. I purchased the $25.00 wash. read more

I went There for the hands on everything was good except i didn't get the wax I feel like I paid for and my Windows were streaked horribly

I always come here. Have been for years. Once a month. If women go on Wednesday it is $10 instead of $12 I always get the $12 special. Includes wash mats, vacuum interior, air freshener, clean Windows/mirrors/cracks and difficult to reach places. You can't beat that for the price. Love this place! read more

I'm not a fan of this place. The title says it all... it's a rush job. You car will shine at the end of the hand dry. However, no elbow grease will be used to remove the bugs or any other dirt spots. It's a full price job with half rate results. read more
