I paid them but thought the charge was high and called the office to question it. They agreed I was overcharged and refunded me $54. A few days later the faucets started leaking again. Called Delta and they sent two new faucets at no charge. Called the plumber back and this time they sent someone else. After an inspection he thought the faucets did need replacing and wanted to charge me an additional $700. I objected and asked him what I paid the $421 for. He called his boss who eventually called me. He said he couldn't afford to have his guy spend all that time to install two new faucets without charging me. He did agree to reduce the charge by $100 but I declined. I felt $1000 to fix two leaky faucets was INSANE! This company is VERY EXPENSIVE and worse yet the owner does not guarantee his work.
