The first time out they were phenomenal. They checked ALL my drains and cleared the issue for us so quick. Their prices are fair for the area. We had a cap stuck in the drain, but we hadn't had issues with it draining yet, so we left it at the time. We asked him to do a rough estimate for pricing to get it out just in case, and on his way he went. Turns out, when he was snaking the drains, he had actually wedged the cap further down to which it blocked the sewer line from the toilet and shower, and created a seal. This was our fault since we didn't mention it to him though. We tried a few times to get it out with an electric snake, but couldn't, so called these guys to come formally quote and cut the pipe for us. Then, ghosted. Called, emailed. Never heard back. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to deal with the cast iron (fair), but it would have been nice to have some communication. We unfortunately won't be calling them again. They're probably awesome for quick and easy house calls, but I don't think more in depth issues are worth their time. At least, that's what it feels like.

Upon calling Grasser I was greeted by a personable, pleasant, professional, and efficient young lady, Kate. She patiently and carefully listened to my purpose for calling, assessed the best option, and quickly took action scheduling a Service call to arrive at my home within 30 minutes of me calling. I immediately received a text informing me of who / identifying the Service Technician that would be responding to my call and when he would arrive. The Service technician Mr. Lewis arrived on time, well briefed on my electrical concerns / requests, and ready to go to work providing an immediate near term solution and follow on long term options. While on the service call, Mr. Lewis went above and beyond to personally and professionally address our questions and concerns to ensure we were comfortable with our current situation and fully understood our options going forward. He quickly jumped in and took care of our immediate needs / concerns following up with accurate estimates for all of our options in obtaining a permanent solution. Mr. Lewis, as with Kate, was personable, professional, knowledgeable, competent, and quick to act. Grasser Electric is well represented by both Billy Lewis and Kate. I've used No Problem Heating and Cooling for well over a decade and seriously, I swear by them. I had a problem a decade ago and they took care of it quickly so I got the club membership that gets them to come out twice a year to clean the system and see if it looks like we are headed for trouble. And if I have a problem I get ahead of folks who it's unclear whether they do maintenance. Until this year, they only recommended small things be replaced so yeah in January we did the whole system replacement. They gave me options and let me make a truly informed decision with real numbers, etc. I have rarely had to call between check ups, but yesterday something was off and the cooling just wasn't doing it's part so I called & left a message on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. Within an hour or so, I had a text from Mindy (she keeps things moving I tell you!) saying they see there is a problem and they will be in touch first thing in the morning. Here I am less than 24 hours later with a fuse replaced and no worries. Mindy is great about working with me to schedule something that fits my calendar. I get reminders on appointment times and a text that tells me the tech is on the way -- heck you even get a photo, name, etc so you can talk to them by name and know whether this is the same tech as last time, etc. Pics are from past visits cause Mike was here, had it taken care of and gone so quick I never even thought about it.
