She patiently and carefully listened to my purpose for calling, assessed the best option, and quickly took action scheduling a Service call to arrive at my home within 30 minutes of me calling. I immediately received a text informing me of who / identifying the Service Technician that would be responding to my call and when he would arrive. The Service technician Mr. Lewis arrived on time, well briefed on my electrical concerns / requests, and ready to go to work providing an immediate near term solution and follow on long term options. While on the service call, Mr. Lewis went above and beyond to personally and professionally address our questions and concerns to ensure we were comfortable with our current situation and fully understood our options going forward. When he showed up, we found a puddle of water under the furnace and over part of the basement. It was because one of the drains was partially clogged. He opened up the furnace, cleaned it out and drained the backed up water. He then completed the service and maintenance on the unit without any problems. There was no charge for his visit, as it was part of the yearly maintenance agreement. I was originally hesitant to purchase the maintenance agreement but after this visit I felt good that I had it. For that reason, I had them do a spring checkup, Emma claimed the heat exchanger was cracked, the fly wheel needed cleaning, and the a/c compressor was "over amping." I had a different, highly reputable company check the furnace and a/c, and they found that none of this was true - neither the furnace nor the a/c had any problems. Also, Emma did not provide a written a written description of her service and recommendations, and they have not provided the promised receipt for the payment of the second inspection. They are either incompetent or dishonest, very possibly both.
