Genuinely the worst wings I've ever had the displeasure of choking down. They're so soggy and the garlic parmesan sauce smells like it was regurgitated before it found its way onto that dead chicken. I also paid $0.55 for extra ranch and didn't get it which is usually fine, I wouldn't ever write a bad review for that, but I feel like it's an honorable mention. In short, get Buffalo Wild Wings or something.

Very disappointing experience at Wingstop…read more We were missing part of our order after walking out of the store and I went back inside for a simple fix. Instead of resolving it, the shift lead, Jada, became defensive and insisted multiple times the food was in the bag. (I've worked in the food industry and would never accuse someone of stealing a $5 fry on a $50 order) I even offered for her to check my car to confirm it wasn't there, but she continued arguing and escalating the situation instead of helping. We were trying to get out of the way of other customers when we left, which is why the bag wasn't checked immediately. It was also my birthday, and we were just trying to enjoy a chill dinner, but the interaction completely ruined the experience. What should have been a quick, simple correction turned into a hostile and unprofessional interaction over a missing item. Which is why she got cussed out. Moving forward hopefully she can get herself together and do her job properly.

This restaurant isn't in the best part of town which I knew from reading comments online and I know the area well. I purposely just told my wife I was taking her to a secrete fried chicken place but when we pulled up she refused to park. From the outside it appears to be a run down fast food shop. Anyway I went by here today solo while on lunch. I work downtown and it's often hard to find a cheap and quick lunch spot that's not over crowded with people trying to do the same. Despite the location and physical appearance the restaurant was very crowded. I ordered a four-piece wing combo with fries at 1:30. The gentleman who took my order told me it would be 15 minutes. There weren't any open seats so I went to wait in my truck. After 15 minutes I went back inside and still waited another 15 minutes before my order was ready. This is clearly a community and family restaurant. While I waited I got a chance to check out all the baby pictures on the wall and socialize with all the other families waiting on their order. Overall I enjoyed my fried chicken but I don't understand what the hype was about. Yes it's super cheap. My order was $5 including tax but the wings were small and barely had any meat on them. I will be back but next time I will order a breast or thigh and not come during peak lunch hour.

I keep convincing myself that the Garlic Parmesan won't be spicy because of where it falls on the spice scale, but every single time it proves to be too spicy for me! If you're sensitive to spice like I am, the Teriyaki and Honey Garlic are both fantastic options. They have tons of flavor without the heat. My husband loves the Chipotle BBQ, so that is always one of his picks. We also always have to get an order of the cheese curds. They come out hot, crispy, and absolutely delicious. My husband usually adds a side of fries too. Good food, a great rewards deal, and excellent service from Maddie made this a really enjoyable lunch. We'll definitely be back!

However once we got the food our server went MIA for approximately 40 minutes (an entire quarter of a televised football game) ended up flagging down an unrelated server to get our checks. Wouldn't have been a huge deal if the place was busy but again, middle of the afternoon, plenty of employees standing around. Just expected better service given the fact that the place was not busy at all. Server was nice but to leave a table for that long and not have any other server check in just isn't very good business. Probably will not be going back to this location.
