The food was good. But the customer service is non existent. It took forever to get our waitress Kelsey to come back to take our order, then she never brought all the drinks. It took 45 minutes to get our food and she didn't remember who ordered what. She never once came back to check if we needed anything. We had to get another waitress to bring us napkins. Two aspects made our dining experience here outstanding: 1.) AVA, our server, was absolutely phenomenal!! She introduced herself right away with the cutest and most sincere personality and smile. Immediately after AVA left our table the first time to get our waters, my date and I looked at each other and both agreed that she already was and will be an awesome server! She was attentive to our needs the whole time we were there, and even wrote a little thank you note on our paper bill at the end of the night. 2.) Our food was served in record timing! When a different server came up from behind us with our order, I looked at her and asked, " Are you serious?! We ordered like two minutes ago!" Food sucked and service sucked. We waited 45 minutes on 3 meals. I get it if it was busy and all but it was steady not wait at all. There where two table behind us who were 5 and 6 people who came in 15-20 minutes after us and they still got there food before us. The service sucked as well the server took one of our drink orders and started to walk aways and we had to stop her to place the next and the same thing with the third one. Once we got the food it honestly sucked the only good thing about it was the fries and drink. The pretzel bites have no flavor and hard, the onion rings are disgusting. I get its bar food but I was it at least edible. I had to go to the host and ask for a manger bc we could not find our server and I said to him we have been waiting around 35 minutes for our food and multiple tables who came in a while after us got there food before us. 5 minutes after I said that he brought out our food so honestly I think it was just sitting there. As A regular customer of Buffalo Wild Wings At Porters Neck, I and my family just wanted to let everyone know that the service we had by our waitress was Excellent, yet the Managers on duty on the evening of Saturday Night, December 27, 2025 were not conducive as Managers for a Restaurant. Our family witnessed the woman Manager there ridicule our waitress in the direct presence of our family. The waitress was crying. This is not what's a Manager should do to their employees in front of the customers. The other staff members that came out as we called them to speak about this unprofessional incident of this woman manger in front of us as we were finishing our meal, did not listen to our concerns and continued to speak over our conversation to them. They were extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. We will never return this location as they did not respond to our concerns when we called the next afternoon and spoke with the General Manager, Mike Davis out of the Jacksonville BWW restaurant location. He did not offer any restitution to us or any apology. He acted on the phone as if he did not even care. His and the other manger lady (if you want to call her a lady) were extremely arrogant and uncaring. We want you to know that this happened to us and if you patronize this location, you may want to "think twice" before you have an experience like our family did. It was totally uncalled for and disgusting to us of their management behavior and the they treated the waitress there. Probably had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant today. The manager and our waitress were completely unprofessional and rude. We were a pretty big group coming from work, SITTING OUTSIDE, hoping to have a pleasant dinner all together (There was 11 of us and we were coming in separately). Our server's name was Kylie, she had a rough welcoming but we didn't think much of it. We had almost everyone in our table and she hadn't even came to check up on us (About 20 minutes) to the point we had to come inside and ask for her. She came outside and obviously looked annoyed and disturbed, her attitude and behavior were so obvious that we even asked her if she was mad at us? But we continued and went ahead and ordered all of our food and drinks. We did have someone come way later than the rest of our group and she was understanding and put the food in for him even after the kitchen was closed, which was greatly appreciated. But our food was not hot, the fries were stale and the wings were dry. Again we work in the service industry as well so we understood and kept going with our night. I don't remember her coming in and checking on us while eating but when she did come she gave us the check and asked if we needed boxes and tried to pick up as many plates as she could. We went right ahead and payed and left her a tip she did not deserve honestly. After we checked out we were just talking outside maybe 5 of us finishing our drinks when the manager comes outside and tells us they are closed (Literally kicking us out). Tab was paid, we were finishing our drinks, most of the plates were already forcibly removed, and we were sitting outside- just super unnecessary in my opinion. She denied giving someone water after we checked out because the fountain machine was closed and locked? Interesting. Honestly just don't even go here as a group, many other places were people are actually respectful, friendly and the food is good. Save your time and money. read more

I'm fine to toast up wings and fries... but they don't get saltier sitting in the box. Very very salty. Next I unboxed the next item in bag- Queso! Watery Queso I ordered chili- paid for chili - yet no chili. All water cheese and pico - I love- my man only eats with chili, so a waste of money. And I'm from TX, watery cheese is a sin. This is not the place to go if you're a vegetarian, so take my review with a grain of salt. I go to Buffalo Wild Wings pretty frequently with friends. Usually, I'll just go with the potato wedges because, lets face it, it's all about the hot sauce. I always get the medium sauce, and like to mix it up and try at least one other sauce per visit. Last visit, I tried the black bean burger and was really underwhelmed. It was dry and flavorless. Still, I appreciate that Buffalo Wild Wings made something other than potatoes that I could eat. If you weren't already aware, you can watch a wide variety of sports games here. They don't really have the volume on any of the TVs, though, in part because there are so many of them. I personally enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings very much. The service is always good and the waiting staff is very polite. They have plenty of TVs for watching Sunday night football or hockey. And it is your typical sports bar but with very exceptional affordable food. However fights do happen here and I have experienced them first hand but overall I would recommend this place and will definitely be going again but it definitely is not a mind blowing restaurant or one that deserves incredibly high praise. read more

We came in on a Wednesday night to an empty restaurant. This was actually our first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings so we didn't know what we were in for but we definitely didn't have the best hopes considering the amount of negative reviews. We are not huge fans of sport bars, especially chain owned, but we do enjoy the food some of them offer so we decided to give this one a shot. Our server came by as soon as we sat down and she was very friendly. We ordered two classic cheeseburgers and 10 traditional hot wings. Honestly, everything was great. The wings were so good I couldn't stop eating them. The burger had a smashed patty which was cooked perfectly and had all the ingredients necessary to make it a badass burger. We arrived & had to wait for the server to change into her uniform before she could wait on us. Our silverware was dirty, there was old chicken in the forks. My daughter had to ask the cashier for a replacement. Our order was taken, we all got boneless wings. The tables around us that came in after us started getting our food. The waitress looks over after we had been waiting over 20 minutes, then runs to the kitchen. All of the food was cold. My daughter's wings were so cold, the buffalo sauce had dried in & they looked very dry. She asked for some sauce & the waitress said she would be right back. 10 minutes later my daughter had to go get sauce from the cashier. No refills at all! When she finally came back, I told her that my dry rub wings were so cold & hard that I couldn't eat them. She said" What do you want me to do? If I get them remade, it's gonna be awhile." I took the wife and kids there today 7/13/22 for carry out, I ordered three dozen wings and cheese curds. I asked for celery and blue cheese. When I picked up my order I had to go back in because they forgot to give me the celery when I did get the celery it was un edible rotten. When we first got here I felt comfortable because they had on masks, we get to our table which was in the enclosed outdoor area and my server was NOT wearing a mask. I had to say something. Of the BWW I've been to, this one gets 5 stars....things to keep in mind. I was alone and sat at the bar so I can't speak to the dining room seating. However....the bar area service was great and very friendly. Multiple servers to handle the near capacity sitting area. Service has sometimes been lacking at BWW in general. Not this time. My drink order was quickly served and they got my food order going. Great selection of craft and bottled beer as well. Food was as expected and came quickly during the dinner rush. Their special today was buy one get one on the boneless wings. So if you bought 8 you got 8 free. Not a bad deal if that's your thing. BWW is a good spot to get a beer and check sports on the TV. Worst service i've ever had. 2 hosts sitting at the to go station not helping the Seating host when there are 20 plus customers at the door. we were seated and for 30 minutes plus did not get a server. Our table was dirty. there seems to be no one supervising. Tables were dirty and like i said, no one was helping the main host who was bussing everything by herself as well. i felt bad for the girl. Terrible service and it's a shame. I recommend driving to the porters neck location over this place. Even if it's twice the drive. not worth it. If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. I previously went this past Sunday with my husband and from the start, we waited over 20 minutes to be greeted. When we finally got greeted by our server who I belives name was Gabe, he was so unorganized and proceeded to tell us everything going on besides the menu and drinks. Once we finally were able to speak, we waited another 20 minutes it felt like for our drinks. Our food arrived before we got our drinks. My husband was so upset, he went to the bar to receive his beverage and then returned to his seat. We never saw our server again, another server saw us in distress and asked if we needed anything and we told her we were just ready to go at this point.
