I dislike giving a low rating. The customer service, efficiency of the cook staff, and apparent lesser skilled management has been noticeable over the last few months. Today I arrived around 11:45 am. Inside was a line waiting for someone to take their order or waiting for their food. The cashier was not friendly - not rude, but did not make me feel appreciated for being there. Meanwhile, customers can hear an unorganized staff trying to make sure food has been prepared, and constantly demanding of the kitchen staff the wait times for food to be ready. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with dirty rice and a sweet tea. Once my order should have been the next one ready, a clerk announces to me that it would be another six minutes for it to be ready, and asked if I would want to substitute a Cajun fillet sandwich, which I declined. (This is after some customers in front of me were given a 15 minute wait time for their chicken order.) Once I finally have my meal, it had good flavor. A lot of area residents go here for breakfast or lunch. I hope owners give things back in shape before they find some other place to eat. read more

I'm sorry but if you are gonna have "cashiers" in your business that can't do there jobs properly and use proper customer service then maybe you shouldn't be open anymore we had "Africa" ( I guess that's the name. Or at least that is what is one the receipt) but you shouldn't be cussing and acting disrespectful towards your customers when you are the one who messed up and you are the one who can't do your job right. I am very disappointed in Bojangles for allowing such a rude and disrespectful women to work in their restaurant. read more

30 minutes before closing they said they wouldn't take any cash even if it was exact change. never heard of a business not taking cash. crazy!!! read more

This is probably the slowest Bojangles I've ever been to, and for whatever reason the dining room is always closed. There's always some sort of reason, but they force you through the drive-through, and they're super slow. If you really want Bojangles, there's better ones to stop at. Avoid at all costs. read more

Depending on the time of day you choose to visit this restaurant determines the type of service you get. During the day it's fantastic bit the evening team is lacking. Most act like they don't want to be there. The last time I were there I asked for a gallon of tea half and half. The employee tells me they only sales them in half gallon bottles. She preceeded to tell me they don't do half and half. The manager came up and informed me the same. Fortunately the restaurant in Washington Tarboro and Rocky Mount do. read more

This Bojangles is the bee's knees! Consistently amazing hot and fresh food + outgoing and friendly staff = high five! I was asked upon arrival how I was doing with a smile and was then continuously greeted with cheer and kindness from each and every staff member I encountered afterwards. Everyone asked how we were doing and wished us a good day, Down to the lady who walked past us as we were eating that said how's everything tasting? We replied delicious, she then said "Good to hear it, what a great day, happy to be alive! " I currently live in NYC so this was head over heels southern hospitality at its best. I just nodded to myself and thought its good to be back in my home state. Now on to the food which is just as great as the people who are making it and serving it well. It is an absolute tradition to stop at the Williamston Bojangles because it is simply the best one the entire drive to the Outer Banks, also conveniently located at a halfway point between Raleigh and OBX so their clean restrooms are a welcome relief. 4 Chicken Supremes (chicken fingers), seasoned fries, biscuit and a drink - $5.89 (THATS A DEAL RIGHT THERE!) This is the best combo meal that there ever was and ever shall be! Honey Mustard dipping sauce and a BoBerry biscuit or cinnamon twist for dessert and you can check off pure blissful satisfaction on my list. read more

I've never had an issue with service.... food is pretty good! My only issue for not wanting to give 5 stars is the biscuits need to be cooked a minute or two less... they are always too tough, hard around the edges and not very good and fluffy. Same with the bo berry. You can only eat the center. The cheese biscuit definitely needs to be cooked less! Same issues with the actual biscuit and the cheese cooks out. Not a little... I mean almost all the cheese! Also, it would be great if they added more seasoning to the fries!! Seems like I can't even get them to add extra when I ask! Other than those small details, it's a pretty decent place to eat!! read more

I went to bojangles and had some great biscuits and gravy with fries and orange juice great service

(9/29/2018) we were heading east towards the beach on a long road trip. Wanted to get something before the vast dark stretch. Stopped by the Bojangles for a biscuit fix for the driver. Got the Pork Chop Biscuit with Hash Browns. Pork chop was ridiculously salty, but the biscuit was moist and dense, not really buttery, though. The Hash Browns were more like a mashed potato croquette. I would have ordered another meal for myself, but the surly teenage girl kept rolling her eyes and sighing at me, like I was taking too long. Probably I was taking too long, but I was the only customer in there, not like there was a mad rush behind me, so I went without. The place is super filthy. Bathrooms were unclean (like really, smudgy unclean) with flies. While I was waiting an eternity for that damn pork chop biscuit, an employee filled the ice machine from a bucket with ice, whatever spilled over she just pushed onto the floor behind the counter. There were discarded chicken bones on plates piled on the dining room tables. I got my damn biscuit and got out of there, def will not be back. read more

Great food, service left a little something to be desired. The rice is delicious, I'd forego the green beans, but the boberry biscuits are to die for. We were served everything but our plates and were told they would be brought out to us. It took a good five minutes for us to get them, but they weren't that busy. read more
