Awful service. Lady taking my order was rude and far more interested in playing with her phone than listening to what I would like to eat. My burger came out looking like it got ran over by a truck 3 weeks ago, and was cold. The fries were put in the bag upside down, and were soggy and cold. Overall I'm pretty sure my entire meal had been sitting under the warmer (set to room temp) for about a week. Can't rate any lower than 1*, but I'd like to. read more

Just stopped here with the main intention of getting a strawberry lemonade. They had no ice. Not ideal but I knew we had ice in our cooler so no problem. However, once I got the drink I shook it and there was not enough strawberry syrup to make it remotely strawberry. I asked the cashier if she could add more syrup and she said no that I needed to shake it up. Since that had not worked I told her I didn't want it like that and she could just throw it away and she did. If I wasn't so annoyed I would have asked for the manager but at that point I didn't see anything getting resolved. While I was waiting an older lady came up and questioned the burger she got. She was told that was what was rung up for her and the burger was handed back to her. She gave her burger away because she didn't want that kind so I got back in line and ordered the junior bacon cheeseburger that she wanted and gave it to her. The cashier missed ordering the oatmeal bar I asked for the first time, she ordered the wrong burger for another customer, and she refused to fix the syrup in the lemonade. While I set in my car, I saw another person go in with an incorrect sandwich. Only one person offered to help but she seemed unsure if she was allowed to make the corrections. Management at this restaurant needs to give permission for people to make decisions to make customers happy with products that are correctLu made. A lot of training needs to be done from the top down. Thankfully I don't live close to this location because I will not stop at this location again. read more

I have been many times over several years and it's never been 5 star BUT the food has always been pretty good. Since they have renovated the place, it is Horrible!!! I mean that with every stretch of the word!! I have never taken the time to comment or leave a review on anything before but I HAD to with this place!!! Each time I have been, it was with huge hopes that I'd get lucky and be able to purchase great food!! Thinking the last few times were "flukes". No!! It's no fluke!! This place is the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever come across!! I have had to return food numerous times!! Not just that, but the incredibly rude staff could not possibly care any less about it. Any thing, and every single thing that can go wrong in a restaurant, has happened to me there. Rude glares, smart mouths, dirty atmosphere, horrible food, long wait time, forgotten/messed up order.... you name it, it's happened!! This last time, I took my little family in there, immediately noticed it was disgusting!! Even our 9 year old son came to us and said "There's nowhere to sit bc everything is dirty"... and I do not mean crumbs!! I mean paper towels, bags, cups, straws and food galore all over the floor and tables!! Like a tornado!! Every inch of that place was covered!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were very busy. Nope... tiny town, Thurs night, no one in the drive through and a hand full of people in the place. There were flies everywhere! The employees were lolly gagging the entire time, seriously just standing around staring at nothing. Walking incredibly slow from one place to another. They really went out of their way to hire the most incompetent, rude, lazy and mentally handicapped employees possible. We were second in a line of 3 and waited 15 minutes for someone to take the order of the couple ahead of us. A woman standing at the counter waited there from the time we walked in, till we walked out.... for sauce!! Waited 15 minutes, at least, for A SAUCE!! It was so terrible!! As much as I love the spicy chicken sandwich, I will NEVER return!! Instead of that 3 mile drive, I'll drive 15 minutes to the next Wendy's!! read more

ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. After screwing up the order at the drive thru order point at around 1:30pm today, I asked her to repeat the order. She said drive to the window to clarify. After a reasonable wait, we arrived at the window. 4 people in the car. 4 meals. Not difficult. Still she got it wrong. When we queried it, 3 meals delivered and 3 meals charged. I passed her back the credit card and asked for a 4th and was told to drive around again because other customers were waiting. Seriously? I'm also waiting! Ok, so we went around again and placed our order for the final meal. Got to the window and passed the trash (we had finished the other meals by then) to the same supervisor/ order taker. "We don't take trash" she said and pushed it back to me. She then proceeded to explain to me how I had mis-ordered the meal so not her fault. Really? I can't count to 4?? What an idiot. The staff passing the final meal were visibly embarrassed. Unbelievable. First visit ever to a Wendy's and most certainly the last. Pity the minimum rating I can give is 1. This experience was a minus 5. What completely incomprehensible behavior. Clearly flipping burgers is beyond her. read more

Well it's me again, as I was driving away from the Wendys in Williamston, NC. I was thinking I really hate that Wendys why do I go there? The people are not friendly and the service is not the best I like Plymouth, NC so much better. Anyway I get home and my tea has ice in it. All I wanted was one with light ice and one without. I have ice at home. They fill your cup with ice so they can give you less tea. I want tea, less ice. read more

Went through the drive through, and when we got up to pay the lady was very rude and short said the total and "here you go" when giving us our food and when she handed us back the change she dropped some and ignored it... didn't apologize or anything. Then I needed to use the restroom and the bathrooms were terribly disgusting. Needless to say I will not be going back. Ever! read more
