The chicken I got was overcooked and the manager took over 5 minutes to simply take my order because he said he did not know how to use his machine. I am quite certain he was drunk or high as he spoke in garbled speech, and I had to explain my order over 3 times. The cleanliness of the place was also an issue as there was food spilled on the lobby floor when I first walked in and there where 4 teenagers flicking fries at each other at one of the tables. Said fries were falling on the ground and nobody was bothering to clean them up. Overall, I do not thing I will visit this Bo's ever again. read more

The past two trips to this Bojangles have just proven to me that I should go out of my way to go to a different location. My most recent experience was horrendous. I ordered 3 different combos in the drive through, and there was something wrong with each of them. I also paid to upsize each combo and received the small size for each. When I said something about it, the guy at the window turned around and yelled at his coworker for packing the wrong food and then they got in an argument as they tried to figure out who was at fault. In the end, I was told that my bag was given to the person ahead of me (unlikely we had an order similar enough to be that close) and that there was nothing he could do. Mind you, I paid for my original order which was a higher value. It took me going into the restaurant and speaking with the kid at the register to get the order corrected. Very rude "service" on 08-15-24, from the sloppy/slob female cashier with brown hair dyed red and blue. She left the register/front counter unattended for over ten minutes, while she went back in the kitchen, where I saw her preparing food. She finally returned to the totally unattended front counter/register, without even washing her hands after handling food. When I remarked that "Bojangles needs to get you some help at the counter so you can be a dedicated cashier", she slammed my drink cup down on the counter, giving me a really mean look. Then she went and threw/slammed my biscuits into the bag and shoved it across the counter at me, saying nothing as she shot me another frowning mean look. This filthy slob looking female with ratty-looking red and blue haired cashier should be fired for her overt rudeness, extremely bad attitude, filthy appearance and insulting, poor customer service! Pretty consistent with other Bojangles. The people were very friendly. Store wss very clesn. While i am sure they are short handed like the rest of America, they had more thsn many of the fast food places i hsve been too recently. Definitely would go to again. -1 for having to go inside after 25 minutes for a curbside order that said it was ready after 8 minutes. Continues the trend around the area of being incredibly slow, inaccurate, and ultimately lazy. The staff will ignore you completely and when they finally do get around to you, they seem irritated at you being there. Once was picking up a Doordash order, didn't even get acknowledged for 5 minutes (while trying to get the attention of anyone behind the counter) and then proceeded to have everyone who came in after me get served lighting fast. I have no idea why this says 'closed' it was quite open when I went in there this past weekend. MY FIRST BOJANGLES experience and definitely not my last!!!!!! I didn't even know Bojangles existed before I moved to the Southeast last Fall...and I'd been dying to go ever since. Fast food versions of chicken, biscuits, dipping sauces, french fries, and SWEET TEA...everything someone could ask for when you're in the mood for fast food. Have you tried their new Bo' Tater Bowls? I beg of you do not try it. Especially if you love egg, bo rounds and cheese covered in gravy and topped with bacon crumbles. You will love it and you will go in search of the bowl for breakfast. I tried this Bojangles Thursday morning and I was late for my meeting because it was out of biscuits? How does Bojangles run out of biscuits? And I didn't need a biscuit - just give me my bowl. I waited 15 minutes because I was third in line, but finally they started moving and I was able to drive quickly to my meeting with my bowl in hand. Luckily I was able to eat during the meeting or I would have been later because I was going to enjoy my breakfast. read more

I made a yelp account with the sole purpose of telling others how absolutely amazing my family's experience at this Bojangles was. We are visiting from out of state and had never tried a Bojangles before. At first glance, it looked like a KFC and we were expecting a typical fast food experience. We ended up being blown away by the food and the service we received. The staff was helpful and patient in explaining what each food item or combo was. They took the time to show us sizes and discuss which option was the best for our family of six. We decided to eat at the restaurant. Our food came out hot and very quickly. The staff gave us a myriad of sauces to try and we loved every one of them. We tried both types of chicken (supreme and homestyle) and both were AMAZING. They were well seasoned, crispy, and perfect temperature for eating. For sides, we got rice and coleslaw. We had almost none of either left by the end. The staff was incredibly attentive to us as we ate and made sure we had everything we needed. They talked us into trying the dessert biscuits and we were not disappointed in the least. Both the blueberry and cinnamon were delicious! Overall, we learned not to judge a book by its cover with this restaurant. We expected a fast food experience, but this Bojangles ended up being our favorite restaurant of the trip. We got great southern hospitality even in NORTH Carolina. 11/10 would recommend. read more

The best biscuits around. You can't beat the quality for the price. They also have the best tasting sausage of any fast food restaurants. The best part is that you can have breakfast items all day long! I can not give this restaurant a high rating because of what I had to go through this morning..I went in and ordered 21 items..most being biscuits for my plant in Marshall..After I placed my order and told the lady waiting on me I had a coupon for the Cajun biscuits I ordered she got rude and told me I should have told her to begin with I had a coupon..she then asked another lady to help her take off $2.38 off my bill..after I paid her she then told me that next time I come to tell them before hand I had a coupon..I told her to be grateful for the business! In all honesty if I had time to go somewhere else for such a large order I would have but I was pushed for time...won't be going back to this Bogangles for any breakfast small or large till they train their employees to be more professional in their jobs! read more

been coming here for years because I live nearby,would highly recommended going to any other bojangles in the area. everytime you come here double check your order because they cant get an order right to save their life. every single time they forget items or just give you the wrong order. if you come back and say they got it wrong and ask for the correct order they will be extremely rude like it's my fault they cant read a ticket. I only order a couple items and they cant even seem to manage that. Ordered a 12 piece tailgate meal as carry out. I placed my order at 7:05 pm as my receipt states. I received my food a couple minutes after 8:00. I arrived back home just a short 6 minute drive to my very hungry family only to find out I was missing food in my order. I will never return to this store. As for the young gentleman that brought my food out and shrugged his shoulders and stated "sorry". I wish you the best and hope you get the training you deserve from a qualified manager. Very good chicken and tasty biscuits. They usually have a biscuit special going on. Potato rounds are great even though they are called Bo-tato rounds. I guess everyone agrees as some mornings the drive thru is almost backed up to the road. read more
