They usually do pretty well, but it seems like this location specifically always leaves something out of the bag, whether it be sauces, straws, or even bigger food items. Going along with the "usually" way of thinking, the food usually tastes good, but every couple of times, you'll get a burger that tastes like it has been sitting in the warmer for hours. I used the app many times with this location but three times now they have left me and my family out in the parking lot waiting for 20 minutes...once they said my order didn't show up on the screen. And twice they said they were closed, even tho the app said they were open and allowed me to place an order. However, the other day when I was told by a manger they were closed early due to tech issues I was still charged $37 for our order, that I never received. I have contacted McDonald's headquarters twice through the app, as there is no number listed, and still haven't heard back. This is happened on numerous occasions where we order a kids meal with fries and apple slices. They NEVER put the apple slices or the sauce in the kids meal!! This is about the 20th time this has happened. It's advertised on all platforms the famous happy meal with fries and apple slices! But it's empty and cold. The nuggets are hard. The fries are cold. Everything was sloppily tossed in the box with fries all over. There's no sauce. NO apple slices EVER! I'm honestly surprised they're aware enough to remember the toy. The ONE time I got apple slices out of the 100 visits I make a year, they were old and fermented. We waited 40 Minutes only for people to cut us in line. We asked if they had any Icey drinks and they said "no" with obvious attitude. Then after asking again she said they had chocolate frappes which is what we originally asked for. Then we went to the front and they didn't even have our drinks made. Even the manager couldn't get a drink order right. He told me a small was a medium which was a lie, it says small on the cup. When I came back to get my medium drink I was given the diet version. After the third time I asked for refund. It's not rocket science, it's a drink. How the place stays in business is beyond me. I should have written this the night it happened but I was too hungry and tired to be bothered. I was out running errands two weeks ago today and got hungry. Why I decided to grab McDonald's over all of the other places I could have gotten food I don't know, but I did. I order the same thing every time I go to Mikey D's, a quarter pounder with no cheese and no mustard. This time I threw in extra pickles. I should know better than to drive off without checking my order, but I was hungry and giving the crew the benefit of the doubt. Wrong. There were two pieces of cheese on my no cheese quarter pounder, so back to McD's I went. I went inside and asked if this could be corrected, that I asked for no cheese. I hadn't gotten far enough to make sure there was no mustard. Well, they tried three times to make a burger, not a cheeseburger but couldn't handle it. I finally asked for my money back. The woman I'm assuming to be the manager told me that there was no where on the ticket that her employee made that said no cheese. Now, I worked in a McDonald's about forty years ago. Nothing changes. My ticket clearly said QUARTER HAMBURGER, not quarter cheeseburger. I told the woman that the ticket was right but that someone needed to read it. Just freaking read it!! Continuous issues, incorrect orders and incredibly slow, the worst McDonald's by a long stretch I've been to in the country

I'm not going to say the only thing I eat is crispy bois, BUT maybe I do have a problem. My point is, I've had a lot of crispy bois in my day, from McDonald's and elsewhere and never in my life have I had crispy bois in such an arrangement. This is a level of attention to detail I have never seen in my whole life. The presentation was unexpected, welcomed, and I know that whoever did that has a greater love for crispy bois than even I. I was in the drive thru today for 25 minutes solid. Line was barley moving. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and side garden salad. I pull up to the pay window and the guy tells me he was just told they don't have anymore salads. My thing is, why couldn't he just have told me at the window?? Parking lot and drive thru design are incredibly poor. It took half an hour to get through the drive thu because people don't understand the line, and continue to jump ahead of the actual line to the second window. holy cow! I admit that I do not frequent this kind of place often, but when I get in the mood about every 3 months, this McyDs is rock solid. I have had their Angus burger about 4 times - the one with lettuce, tomato, and onion - and it has hit the spot every time! It does not leave me with that, "I just committed fast food" feeling. Typical McDonalds. Rarely do we get an order that doesn't have multiple issues. Often items are missing, half full, burnt, smashed, not even put together, or not the correct order at all. Don't expect to get the food hot (but on rare occasion it does happen... hence the three star review). In a pinch, McDonalds can suffice. read more

This is a normal mcdonalds, the burgers tend to be on the dry side. I'm not sure what the last review meant or where he was from. There is a Roses department store nearby, which are all over North Carolina, so there must not be any McD's where he is from either. If there was it would be clear that these burgers suck. The service was terrible. They were so rude. I was walking to the counter to get my food and a worker who was wiping tables cut my off and gave me a dirty look. When I went to go get some sweet tea it was out and the little that I did get was unsweetened. When we addressed it to the lady at the counter she just looked at us and said ok without making any eye contact. A very busy McDonalds...but even at that, it always appears well-staffed so there's no excuse for constant incorrect orders this place has. Out of the last 10 trips to drive-thru I got two orders correct. The organization is terrible here.
