I ordered an 8 piece chicken dinner and some sides. It came in like a huge lunchbox carrier with a quart of sweet tea!! The chicken was great and not overly seasoned like some places. The sides were a perfect complement, green beans, Mac and cheese, and Cajun rice with enormous biscuits. I believe I ordered extra sides. I will be back soon. read more

It's hot in here... inside the restaurant! AC must be broken. The food is Bojangles, so it's decent for fast food. It's fairly clean inside as well... nothing blows me away here. I can't rate the food at this Bojangles because, after seeing what I saw, I declined to eat here. But seeing what I did see, I think I am capable of reasonable giving it a rating. First off, when I walked in it was like walking into a kid's playground with behind counter employees fooling around, screaming, yelling and playing around with each other. While I stood there, they pretty much seemed to ignore my presence. But then when I saw one of them breakaway to bare handedly arrange some food without even thinking of wearing gloves, that pretty much did it for me so I simply walked out, left, never to return again. read more

I just stood there and watched Michelle in the back place the meat on a biscuit with tongs and then without wearing gloves squash the meat down on the biscuit...then place the top of the biscuit on! I feel so bad for whoever is eating there! Not clean at all! read more

Yesterday they were off their rockers...I ordered the pork chop combo in the drive thru. And recieved a hard burnt biscuit and the pork chop was old, dry and hard. It was after 2pm. So if the meat was prepared that morning, dont serve to the evening customer. So I took it back inside and gave it back for a fresh one. Oh my goodness. They gave me another that was worst than the first. I just put it back on the counter and walked away. Because at that point I was too upset . I hope they use the money I gave them to buy fresh meat. Went to lunch there at 1205. Long line. Girl taking orders more interested in talking to those in line rather than taking orders and payment. Could have cared less if there was long line. Woman making orders was very slow and had no help. Plenty of food on line but she just was pokey. She is manager. A woman behind me kept saying I thought this is fast food. I agree. Took me 25 minutes from time I walked in to time I got my order. Pitiful. Unusual for Bojangles. read more

I've heard a lot about this chain, but they don't have them in my area. It was only right to stop in and see what all of the hype was about while I was in town and had the opportunity. At this particular location, the line moved quickly and we got our food pretty quickly, as well. There was plenty of seating and there was an employee in the dining area tidying up regularly. The chicken supreme tenders combo was a great light lunch. Seasoned fries are usually my choice of fries and these met expectation. The plain biscuit was tastier than I imagined. I want to compare it to a Popeye's biscuit, just a bit less dry. The cinnamon twists were pretty disappointing, though. It was dry and seemed a bit stale. Though I'm not a fan of sweet potato pie, I enjoyed splitting one with my friend to make up for the cinnamon twist. When I come across Bojangles again, I'll certainly stop in and try some other items on the menu. read more

Had to call on the phone from the drive-thru to get them to take our order. Was told that were busy with people at the window. Has a grade of 90. Didn't realize this going. Looking in the window there is trash all over the floor in the kitchen. The girls at the window handed us our food, which included an extra order, and no straws, and didn't acknowledge us with thanks or bye or anything. Will not eat here again. Gross and rude. read more
