Love a Bojangles when I'm down south, especially their breakfast biscuits. Fresh and hot to order! I was bummed thought because I crave their fries and this location didn't have the seasoning. My intentions are to be as kind as possible with this review. This has to be the slowest Bojangles on the planet earth! With practically zero customers in the dining room it took my oldest grandson and me thirty minutes to get two family sized fries! The nice fellow who took our order told us to take a seat and he'd bring our order to us. Guess what? He forgot about it. After about twenty five minutes I got impatient and went to the food pickup area. I saw a tray with two big orders of fries just sitting there. He noticed me and pointed to the tray and said here's your order. The fries had gotten fairly cold and I asked my grandson if he wanted me to ask for some hot ones. He was hungry too and said no. They were still edible but were beginning to get greasy. There was a manager onsite but he had a scowl on his face which spelled: Do Not Approach! Been coming by here since you guys moved across the road. Usually, everything is pretty decent. Today, however, was different. Based upon my independent research, the three piece (2 thighs, and a leg) meal here, is a fine choice for a solid meal. Today, no legs, one thigh, out of everything else. At 5:05 pm. Whatever, I'll just have a sandwich meal, oh the bojangler is in? How is it? Nobody there knows if it's worth trying, so why not, I rolled the dice. It may have been average, if it hadn't been saturated by tartar sauce. The bottom of the bun had a 50 cent sized piece on the outside, that didn't have sauce on it. I'd say, 1/2 a cup extra was in the box, and running off of everything. Really? I would have never served that. Nobody would have. I have no idea what the food tastes like at this place l. I walked in yesterday when there was hardly anyone inside, maybe one family sitting at a table together. I went to the front counter and waited. And waited. And waited. During the time I stood there at least three employees walked up to the front and turned and went to the back of the restaurant without even acknowledging my presence. At the very least, someone could've said, "We'll be with you in just a moment." But no, there was nothing. So I left. And I will not be going back. read more

I literally downloaded yelp to give this bojangles a 5 star review. I was on a 5 hour long road trip and this was on my way, so it's even crazier I'm reviewing a restaurant 4 hours from where I live, BUT I have gone to probably 10+ different bojangles locations, many more than 10 times, and this bojangles topped all of them in one visit. At every bojangles until this one, my average wait time after ordering was probably 7 minutes (and they get my order wrong frequently), but this location got me through the drive through (with two cars in front of me) in what had to be under 2 minutes from ordering to paying and driving off with my food. (My order was correct as well) Not to mention, the chicken was immaculate, still hot, still crispy, the best I've had at any bojangles location as well. I will say the fries were kind of tough, but it could've just been a bad batch as they were still warm as well. I say all this to say, people usually only review when it's something bad but this bojangles impressed me today, and I hope y'all's manager or corporate or something sees this and pats you on the back for it, cause y'all are doing it right. Wow. The worst service I have seen. The line is around the building. We ordered a meal and then before getting our total, "pull around". Don't know the price at the time. I do understand why people say to go to Zaxbys now. Ordered the 8 piece dinner with mashed potatoes and mac&cheese with tea. They said they only had breasts. I said okay I'll take 8 breasts. I get to the window and I get a normal 8 piece. Oh well. The chicken was okay. Not the spinach guys. The biscuits were okay but not great. The tea is good. My first visit since they moved across the street and I went through the drive-through. It was close to lunchtime but I got my food fairly quickly and the line kept moving. The employees were very polite. My Cajun filet biscuit and my sausage biscuit were delicious and very filling. read more

The drive thru line in the afternoon is ridiculously slow! No big rush inside either! Drive thru time from order to getting food is at least 15 minutes. Drinks are wrong, food is wrong very often. The employees that Han do le the food have their phones it, touch their face, nose, etc. read more

They are the slowest drive thru around. I spent 27 mins. waiting for my food tonight. I also watched others drive off from the drive thru without ordering because they were so slow. read more

This is a great little Bo's joint just off the interstate. They know how to cook a "yard bird" and bo rounds. The drive through service is great and speedy. This is a great little place for dinner. read more

Although the food is always good, this location 9 out of 10 times gets the order wrong. I'm a very busy woman with work, a son and a crippled husband among other things. So I spend a lot of money on takeout and this location almost always messes up the order. The receipt is right but the ppl that gather the orders, what's the problem? The screen tells you what to do and you still get it wrong. read more

Always get order wrong, never care to fix it, always out of things, I just wont go there anymore. I usually go for breakfast on the way home for work, and to tired to always go back and fix things, so I gave up. Just stopped here to get a quick dinner and ended up waiting in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes...with only one car in front of us. The girl at the window was rude, didn't apologize for the wait, and when we asked if our green beans were in the box, said "uhhh...yeah." Once we pulled out of the lot, I checked the box only to find no green beans. When we went back in to get our food, she didn't apologize or offer to refund us. Seriously? We went there today for breakfast and the lady got our order wrong. Whatever, easy fix. We let her know that what we ordered was bacon & cheese biscuits and not steak & cheese and she had the audacity to tell us that we didn't order what we did order and argued with us that she charged us for a steak and cheese biscuit (there's like 2 pennies of difference there and what we paid for was those 2 pennies more so I don't see why that was such a big deal). So she got the manager to do the most pointless refund ever and he angrily snatched the wrong order out of my husband's hand and was super rude to him. We literally just said that we thought it was the wrong person's food because we ordered bacon & cheese biscuits and were met with more hostility than I've ever faced at a drive thru before. If you want to be rudely spoken to, go to this Bojangles. It's seriously not worth the experience and the unprofessional management and service team. read more
