Worst location ever. Filthy, bathrooms were so gross, no TP, water in sink doesn't work and the dining room also dirty and freezing cold. Totally understaffed and our biscuits were rock hard. I placed an order through the app. When I got to the drive thru the lady had no clue how to process the order. Got to the pick up window & they handed me my drink with no ice. Said to pull up & will bring my order. An employee has a bag & a flurry in his hand. Asked if I had a flurry; I said no a fish sandwich meal. He then went to the car beside me & gave her the flurry & the bag. Sat there for another 20 minutes no food. The manager came out & said she had made my food but the employee have it to someone else. She tried to refund my money but since the order was processed in the system she couldn't give me my money back. She said she would get my food then another employee came out & asked if I still wanted my food & I said you told me you were getting it ready!!! I left with no food & 50 minutes wasted & they kept the money!! Update:. The GM called & apologized. He made this experience better just by calling & offering to replace the meal. I had the worst experience going to this McDonald's. I am currently driving from Atlanta to Boston and have been on the road for about 5 hours, so I admit I am looking a bit disheveled. However, that doesn't give the staff that were there to make me feel unwelcome and as if I was doing things I shouldn't be doing in the bathroom. As previously mentioned, I have been on the the road for about 5 hours, and I desperately needed to use the restroom. Once I entered, I made a b-line to the bathroom. Maybe that looked suspicious??? But, can we act like a business and not pass judgements? Anyways, I went to the restroom and let the entrance door close behind me, because that's how bathrooms work, and when I left my stall I noticed that the main door was propped open. What made me feel even more uncomfortable was he fact that there were two men sitting not too far from the bathroom section. Not for nothing, but that's a huge invasion of privacy. I felt extremely exposed. The gender of the two people doesn't matter, they could have been two women. It's the principle and code of ethics that the employees in this establishment chose not to follow. When I went to make my order, the cashier at 9:36 am on September 12, 2018 (I didn't catch her name) had curly red and black hair gave me EXTREME attitude. Not only that, but it seemed as if the whole staff was up at the front watching me. Again, I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable and judged when I literally just needed to use the bathroom and grab some breakfast. Horrible business practices from this location. I went and ordered my food and then I went to the restroom while waiting for it. They had just mopped the bathroom and it was sopping wet. Went back to the counter to get my food, and I told the girl about all the water on the floor. She then walked back a little ways and told the manager. He was very loud and said it'll dry and she better not say that she fell. He continued being very loud about it, and I leaned over the counter and told fat boy that that was not good customer service that we could all hear him run in his big mouth. This McDonald's is located directly off I-85 exit 78 in South Carolina (US 221, Chesnee, Spartanburg). This is an old school McDonald's with worn-out tile flooring, a PlayPlace for the kiddies, and a small flat panel display playing Fox News. Huge parking lot. I made a pit stop here on Friday afternoon while traveling between Georgia and North Carolina. The restaurant was mostly empty save for one young family, a trucker, a blue-collar worker, and two McDonald's employees on break, eating McDonald's. One, a burger. The other, a wrap. I ordered one medium caramel frappe ($2.79) for the road. Tina took my order and made my frappe for me. It hit the spot. I enjoyed the coffee, caramel, and fine ice blend. The concoction was topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Since I was driving, I couldn't enjoy the frappe as I normally do. I usually need two hands -- one to hold the cup and the other to handle the straw (to mix and readjust). It was fine for the most part, though. Service was fast and I was in and out in a jiffy. Had a terrible experience. Ordered two McGriddles and an iced coffee without flavoring. My coffee was wrong and had sugar in it but the girl made me a new one. Then we waited 10 minutes before they even acknowledged that we didn't have our food and while they talked about getting it done nobody actually did anything. 7:30am, January 12, 2019. It's Saturday morning so there's no reason for a line to form, but form it did. The thing at the first window was playing with its dyed mop of a hairdo instead of actually being at the pay window, trying to keep a line from forming instead of causing a line to form. It was literally standing about 10 ft. from the window, and it only slowly began to meander to me only after we made eye contact, like some sort of confused water buffalo. Then they proceeded to let me stand there without asking me my order for another 5 minutes. There was no one else in the store. Still messed up my order on top of that. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. There where only 5 customers in the restaurant (I use that term loosely because a resultant serves u eatable food) I walk up to the counter and order a #12, #3, and a #1, I don't feel like that's a hard order to take, nothing special, didn't modify the order with like no pickles, or no onions. the girl that took our order comes up to us and tells us she didn't order the meal for the #1 witch I assumed ment she forgot the fries, nope she just left the entire #1 off my order... So I get my food and when I open the bag the fries have NO salt on them who doesn't put salt on fries? McDonalds ur lucky I didn't just came back through the drive through and thrown all the miss ordered, non salted, Luke warm food u just had me pay for. I know your fast food and I don't expect much from food u cook in 30sec. But damn. Well considering Chick-fil-a hires people that can understand that 3 people walking in would probably order 3 meals I think I'll just take my money to them.
