Awful service. Disrespectful and offensive attitude of the person in the drive-through window. SUNDAY 4/11 at 7:10 pm. First she gave me a wrong order and when I told her about it she was mad and yelled to me:  "give me back"  and she snatched that food from my hands... them I asked "Iced" tea and she gave me a regular one. I told her I asked for a Iced tea, once more. She said it was not in the order. I asked her to change it.  She refused and told me "go and put ice on it" and closed the window. Very rude. UGGHH...! I'm so sorry to even have to rate this location just 1 star but from the experience today, it's well deserved. First, let's kick off with the barely-audible drive-thru volume. It STINKS! It's so difficult for the Oder taker to hear and we could barely hear them. When we finally got around to ordering, the order was so screwed up even when we repeated the order to remove any chance of a mistake. The food was in polite terms ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The chicken was extremely over cooked. The sides as well as the chicken was as bland as bland gets. The 'famous' gravy was something like warming up Elmer's Glue and adding burnt chicken skin bits into it. DISGUSTING is being nice about it. The staff all had a 'whatever' attitude to customer service and that's just fine, we won't EVER head to this location or any Bojangles location for that matter. I know it's fast food, it's something we don't have up in NYC so we wanted to give it a go but OMG was that a mistake.....all in all, waste of time, waste of money but hey, at least it's off the least of places to check out. I have been to this Bojangles multiple times and on multiple occasions and every single time I've been here they've taken for ever. 3/5 times that I have been here they have not taken my order so I have pulled up to the window for them to take my order and they told me that they could not take my order because it was too big, and it was only 3 Cajun filet biscuit. We got there at 10:58 am and left at 11:32 am. I would not recommend going here if want food quickly and also to mention the staff is not nice and roll there eyes at you and say stuff about you once they walk away from the window. read more

Whenever I have a hangover, Bojangles calls my name. The bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on their homemade biscuit served with bo rounds (round hash browns) is absolutely delicious. Salty, fat, not good for you food. The mac and cheese is also quite good...they are known for their chicken but unfortunately I think there are a lot of better options, including Cane's which is almost across the street. read more

This is the dirtiest Bojangles with the slowest service I have ever gotten. Food came out fine but the tables and bathrooms are disgusting

It's fast food. The store location is new and the employees are painfully not completely trained. It took a long time to place our order and when it was served we received the wrong sides. 50/50 on the food. I am so sick of getting substandard chicken from KFC that I pass them to go to Publix when I have that craving. At Bojangles, the chicken was delightfully crisp, slightly spiced with Cajun seasoning and the dirty rice was flavorful. The mac and cheese was typical for fast food, tasted frozen. The mashed potatoes had that obvious made from flakes flavor but the gravy was nice. The green beans were apparently good because my husband ate them all before I could taste them. Overall, I think it's the kind of place you have to know what to order. I will definitely go back for the chicken and rice. read more

Bojangles chicken is awesome but this one is very dirty and extremely slow. Perhaps they were short staffed, but we waited 24 minutes for our order and we did not have anyone in front of us when we arrived. There were only two diners inside. The staff seemed more interested in the drive through, but it didn't seem like anyone was in any hurry and certainly no one cared that we waited so long. The floors were very dirty, also likely to low staffing. I will try once again soon and update if I have a better experience. read more

Came here on our last day in Charleston to grab a quick breakfast before heading back to Va Beach (7 hour drive). The drive through was packed and almost had the line into the street. We decided to park and go in thinking it would be quicker. Line in there was pretty long too. Service was somewhat slow. I felt bad for the girl behind the register because she was doing more than just taking orders and she was quite busy. However, once we placed our orders the turn around time wasn't too long. Everything we received (2 cajun biscuits and 2 order of bo-rounds) was served hot and exactly as we ordered it. We didn't get drinks but the drink station was quite a mess and they were out of sweet tea. Good location but it's almost as if they needed more staff to keep up with the demands of the customers. read more

Decent food, I guess, I mean it's Bojangles so you'd think you know what you're getting. Person at the drive thru was rude though which I did not think was very cash money of them. They also forgot my girlfriends Bo-rounds and now I'm in trouble, so thanks methed out cashier lady. Really poor Bojangles experience overall and the person on the drive through speaker tried to default my side to coleslaw which was just ridiculous, it's the worst side they have and she just defaulted to slaw, absolutely absurd. read more

I am a former employee of this store. I would never eat there if I had to pay. The only reason I did eat there was because it was free. The fried chicken sometimes sits under the heat lamps for one hour or more sometimes 2 or 3 hours. I have seen the steak for a steak biscuit literally sit in the warmer box ALL DAY, until close. It was so rubbery and tough no one could probably bite into it let alone eat it. The "fixins" only have a max hold time under the heat lamps of about 1 to 2 hours TOPS. They sometimes sit on the line for 3 or 4 hours or more. It is a mess. I worked there for almost 7 months and have had stomach issues since my first week. They don't use the method where the older products get used first. They just grab whatever. They don't even store things right in the big coolers. I have seen them put raw ham about prepared salads and cheese slices and other already prepared fresh food. The grill and wrap people hardly ever wash their hands even after a smoke or toilet break. It is the worst place to eat. No wonder I have been sick for 7 months. Also you don't know if the foods like sausage and things are fully cooked. A few of the workers in the back are always drunk, stoned, or on cocaine. Please be careful if you eat there. I have seen half raw chicken go to the line. They did not make fresh chicken, they just refried the raw stuff. The workers there don't care they all think it is just a joke and they are all pretty much high. You can smell the pot on some of the back workers when they come in from a break. I would not want my child asking me why the worker smells weird. This is not a family friendly place. read more

If someone in the drive through orders a catering order, they should be asked to pull up and wait for the ten minutes it takes to prepare the order rather than hold up the entire line behind them for a ridiculous amount of time in a DRIVE THRU read more
