The first time I got taken to Bojangles I was basically kidnapped by Breanne. She very much in character refused to go anywhere else for lunch once she'd heard I'd never been. I don't know if you've ever dealt with a determined 14-year-old, but Breanne is 14 times worse than that. And I liked it. The chicken had a hint of spice, the biscuits were definitely bigger than like a KFC or even a Pioneer I believe. Everything was good and memorable and filling. Nothing has changed it seems. The meal today brought back memories of that first time. It just doesn't have the history I have with my more local fried chicken places like Popeye's, Jollibee, or even World Fried Chicken. Bo always comes through! We are Bo fans! Their biscuits are the best, they are consistent and they don't fall apart! We got the egg & cheese and the country ham and cheese and we totally satisfied! Love me some Bo's biscuits! They also had a 2 for $5 sausage and egg deal which we will get next time! Their iced tea is legendary! This was my first experience at Bojangles. It was alright. I was very intrigued by their automated order taker, which, surprisingly, didn't mess up any part of my order. I initially ordered the chicken tenders, but upon arriving to the window, I was told that they only had nuggets. It was about half an hour until closing time, so I suppose these things could be expected. For my sauces, I went with a spicy peach one and honey mustard. Disappointingly, the meal did not come with a biscuit. Given this was my first time here, I'm not sure if that was an oversight or if it wasn't included. Saw roaches crawling in the drive thru window. Very unsanitary and disgusting. After I got my food I inspected it because of what I just saw and my chicken biscuit was raw and my bo-rounds were cold. My dr.pepper was flat. The only thing good I received was the blackberry cobbler. I remember when Bojangles was the spot but now it's gone downhill and needs to be shut down. Really friendly and fast service, good quality chicken and sides, but I definitely recommend getting some sauces for the chicken because the breading has no flavor on its own. The honey is the true star of this spot so don't skip the honey and biscuits! Good value. read more

We went through the drive thru on this visit. You know those automated calls where you have to respond the exact way and everyone hates them? Yeah, that's the drive thru here. It took at least twice as long to order as it would have if an actual person took my order. Completely inefficient. And then I had to pull up to wait in my order. The photo is of absolutely no one behind me, so I don't know why they want to bring my food out when I could just wait at the window. YUM! For fast food, I was really impressed by Bojangles. I'm from Texas & was on a roadtrip back from Gatlinburg, Tennessee when I noticed there was a Bojangles off nearly every exit. When traveling, my husband and I always like to try and eat at places we don't have at home even for fast food. It seemed like this was a popular place in the state so we decided to give it a try and pull off at this location. The people working the drive thru for ordering and at the window were some of the friendliest fast food employees I've ever encountered. The menu has a lot of options and I feel like in this economy we got a decent amount of food for the price. Our last order at Taco Bell cost more and T Bell used to be considered cheap eats. For $20 ish we both got meals & I added a side of beans. The chicken strips & fries were really good, but the ranch was incredible! I was so impressed to get such tasty ranch in a fast food restaurant. The beans were good too, but not as special as I'd hoped they'd be. My box came with a biscuit & I decided to try it though I typically don't like them. Oh. My. Goodness. It was SO good. Truly the best biscuit ever. It was so warm & buttery & soft. It's the only biscuit I've ever had and liked. Really the only let down & reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was their sweet tea. Maybe we just have high expectations being from Texas. I CAUGHT FOOD POISONING FROM HERE!!! I Went and ordered a 3 piece tender combo, after paying I was told they were out of tenders but they do have Bo bites (popcorn, chicken but chicken tenders). So they give me those instead and whenever my order number was called, I went to the front to get my food and was told they were out of bags and forks.... Yet again, the incompetence at this location reveals itself like a neon sign in the middle of the desert. I swear everytime I come to this, incredibly terrible, location that it'll be my last. In fact, when I pulled up to the window there were 3 employees there, just standing around talking and laughing...seems a great use of employee salary right? To the end of the dage, I get my order home and what do I have....? I have 2 legs/drumsticks and a thigh....seriously, for almost $13 that's what I get? How hard is it to look at a screen and put the corresponding items in a bag? If the employees are that incompetent or just don't care, then it might be time to start looking for a new staff....or better yet just sell the franchise to someone who can ACTUALLY manage it, or just close. read more

Chicken strips were pretty good. Biscuit was good. Fries were good, but I have had better fries at other fast food joints. They forgot to give me BBQ sauce with the meal, so I had to go back to the counter and ask for one (not a big deal, I guess). However, the dining area was not clean. Some tables were messy. Some areas of the floor were messy with food, especially under some tables (one table had a broken apart biscuit underneath it). Overall, good food but they need to work on keeping the dining area clean. read more

While this wasn't one of the local businesses for the #yelpbignightin I live in Lebanon, so we have a limited amount of eatery options here. Besides the wife wanted chicken, so we got chicken. Let me say that Bojangles is about 2 miles from my house. When she brought this mammoth box inside, my jaw dropped. We have four kids, so we got the family feast. It was more like the family beast because after everyone was full, we had leftovers for the next day too. You read that right, leftovers after six people ate, and I could probably count as two people because I had seconds. The chicken and biscuits were still warm, and they have a touch of a spicy kick to them. The sides were delicious. We had cajun/dirty rice, mac and cheese, and coleslaw. I haven't had Bojangles in years, there are none in Memphis. I headed straight here when I got off the interstate. I ordered the breast and wing meal,the chicken was hot and has just a little spice, but it was barely noticeable. The biscuit was thick yet soft, definitely have a drink near by when eating the biscuit. I actually enjoyed the biscuit and the chicken and will make a stop here whenever I'm traveling to Nashville/Lebanon. The guy at the pick up window was very nice and my order was ready when I got to the pick up window. The rice and beans are pretty tasty and a welcome alternative to the usual choice of fries at most fast food places. We oder the Cajun filet club sandwich when we go. It's not bad, nothing spectacular either. One time it was mega dry, I guess we got some older filets that time, but these sandwiches are usually on the drier side so I always add ketchup. I have heard the dry complaint from people before about this location but they also said that the food was better at the Hermitage location, but I have not tried that location to have an opinion. read more

Very surprised by this delicious chicken. My husband and I had a late dinner at 7;30pm tonight and was not sure how fresh the food would be. We had the Supreme Tenders with sides of Mac and cheese and Dirty Rice. The chicken tenders were moist with a little "zing"! The food was warm. Not probably cooked very close to when we ate it , but pretty good for late meal. Nice people there, too! So many fast food restaurants are needing help and food can "take a dive". We're from Ohio and there are no Bojangles up here (I know, it's tragic) we first had Bojangles on our honeymoon a few years ago in the South, and loved it. My husband and I were coming down to Lebanon for his business trip, and we were so excited to get Bojangles again! This location definitely didn't disappoint! I think we ate it three times this week. Everything was delicious, hot and fresh! The biscuits are to die for, especially the BoBerry ones with icing. The chicken supremes, seasoned fries, and Patio are my favorite, especially with the honey mustard and Bo sauce. Next time we're in Lebanon we'll definitely be back! read more

What a disappointing experience we had last night. I would not recommend this particular restaurant to my worse enemy. We had dealings with "John". You could tell he knew nothing about customer service. We ordered our food and drove around to the window. It was 8:30pm. The young lady that took our money told us to pull up to the end of the sidewalk. My husband said why? We are the only people here. If someone pulls up behind me I will move. Things got worse after that. John came to the window several times and told us to move. My husband gave him the same response as he did the young lady. John got ruder and ruder as time went on. We love our Lebanon, TN, Bojangles! The food is delicious, the restaurant is clean, and the employees are professional and friendly. One day last week, in the parking lot, my husband made the mistake of setting our 14 month old grandson down while he did something to the car seat. Off he went as fast as his little legs would go! A young lady employee took off running after him. My husband is 77 years old and the employee beat him to our little boy. We don't know her name, but we want to offer our heartfelt thanks to this young lady. We will be back to our Bojangles and hope to see our grandson's angel there. read more
